Online ordering is almost completely broken and folks in this store are unable or unwilling to help when issues arrive with online orders. I've been told my order doesn't exist when I'm showing them the email because they seem unable or unwilling to look up or support these orders.

Also, the prices advertised on Ace's website are often lower than in store prices, they refuse to match those prices, and online ordering is often not available because the website shows no availability for products I'm staring at in the store. Fake prices are frustrating and even more so when no one in the store will try to help.

Great store in a great location with some great folks, but undermined by horrendous online ordering, fake prices, and no training for staff to deal with...

This place is not elderly friendly by any means! My mother went in to buy a can of stain only wanting a redwood stain! Should be about $10 to $20! They mixed up a semi permanent finish court mind you! That’s right they mixed it up, a true redwood stain does not need mixing up.Then charged her $56 dollars for it when she said that is not what I asked for the manager through such a fit, my mother paid for it and left refusing to ever go back again! I love this location in Hot springs! Just the other day I got some help with birdseed and was given advice on how to keep squirrels out of my feeder! A few weeks ago, I was helped extensively by a lady on trying to order something for my shelving and ultimately she gave me really good advice on checking thrift stores because What the store had to offer or order was not what I wanted to pay.I went back today for some key rings and the manager helped me put the keys on my rings because I only have one hand.
