The service with a friendly attitude and smile were great! Unfortunately, it's the food. We all have. Very very sense. Someone else had a sandwich. Sandwich. None of us were impressed. The burger was dry as can be an absolutely bland. Their burger must come out of a tube which is going to be absolutely worth cuts and be evolved because it was probably the most flavorless burger i've ever had. No seasoning, whatsoever.

Another very very tough thing about the restaurant itself, though it's inviting and it has a nice atmosphere, it was blazing hot. They have fans going, and there is technically AC and I felt the vents and there was cool air. Just kind of barely trying to trickle out. This place is HOT!!! Everyone in the Scotty Scotty yeah restaurant, was definitely sweating profusely. And the windows go from the floor to the top of the building essentially and they are wrapped all around. The sun is beating in on you and it's bright in the afternoon route dinner time. It's uncomfortable glare. Just straining your eyes. So if they were to come up with a way to have the ability to cover these windows, that would help a lot, with the A/C. So if it's like 100° outside, it's probably going to be pretty rough.

We will keep our ears open and hope that they approved. It is a new...

Wait time is horrendous, with food slowly drifting in to random members of our group. The first food arrived after about 45 minutes, and our last dish we ordered arrived right before we left, about 1 1/2 hours after arrival (waitress assumingely didn’t hear the order correctly for a pancake for one child, so the pancake took another 45 minutes to make). Our waitress was not friendly and seemed completely uninterested in her work. We tried to be polite about food that wasn’t made correctly, and we were met with abrupt reaction. Food was ok, anything with syrup was met with smiles. Syrup is bottled “syrup,” not maple syrup. Hash browns were good. Scrambled eggs dry and not scrambled- they were fried eggs diced up. We were stopping for a quick breakfast and ended up with a sour taste in our mouths from a not so great experience. Tables are all high, difficult for kids to sit at and no ramps to get in the doors for those needing them. Hot Springs is a wonderful town, and visitors and residents deserve friendly, quality...

I’m from out of town and we just needed a quick place that wasn’t fast food to stop in and eat lunch. My daughter got pancakes and eggs with bacon, the pancakes were massive, she loved her meal. My husband got the buffalo burger and fries and really enjoyed his food. My toddler got the mini corn dogs and fries and he devoured those fries, he was full before he got to tuck into the corn dogs. I got the Raskle (as the recommended sandwich) with chips and potato salad, my meal was so good. Let me tell you, if you like pickles and bacon, that potato salad is life changing! I was going to ask for the recipe cause I don’t live around here, but I have anxiety and was scared I’d get turned down. I was so happy with our service, the girls were super nice and patient, the amount of food you got was very fair for the price. I highly recommend stopping in for a...

Got in line at the door, greeted by the staff that had a smile and menu's ready. We ordered Ranger Rick basket, loved the homemade fries, pasta salad was different, had a Mexican spice taste, not my favorite pasta, and maybe trade up to potato salad on the next trip. We both are not cherry pie fans but recommend apple as a backup. I am looking forward to the future of stepping inside to be seated or in the waiting area to pick up food. The outdoor is dusty and noisy from constant road construction. The meatloaf sandwich was very good. The portion was large compared to other local places. The dollar to food portion was a top talking point when places are doing small portions for more money. Our order only took 10 minutes...

Excellent! We drove to Hot Springs and stopped here, looking for a spot for lunch while waiting for our tour time at Wind Cave National park. We only had 45 minutes to eat before having to drive the 15-min. back to Wind Cave. The Kitchen looked open and inviting. We went in, told them our situation, and they said “no problem!” We had Excellent service, very friendly staff, and the food was outstanding. I had the “kitchenator” chicken salad sandwich…yum! The kids meals were freshly grilled burgers and all of us thought the food was great. The food seemed fresh and made with high quality ingredients. I would absolutely go here again, and would highly recommend it!

My husband and I were glad the lunch place someone had recommended didn't work out. This is our kind of place. We were greeted upon entering by a friendly, relaxed waitress. We enjoyed the calm and out of the ordinary environment and the yummy homemade food and kombucha. The shrimp I had ordered was hand breaded and juicy. The deep fried mushrooms also were hand breaded and delicious. My husband enjoyed the Cuban sandwich. They packed plenty of meat on there. The kombucha was spendid and had plenty of fizz. I like the fact everything is a la carte, so you can order exactly what you want/like. We don't live in the area, but we will be back.
