I am very disappointed in Little Cesars this place has no clue what they are doing. I purchased here several times over the past week for my son who wanted a code from there receipts. They are running a so called promotion that if you purchase something for $3.99 or more that on your receipt there is a code for the new game call of duty black ops 6 where supposedly you get all kinds of extra skins and double xp and or other items. Well me my son and my wife went to the website to enter the codes each time and we get a error code. Called customer service they said that it's a promotion only for certain stores and they don't see this store listed as on of those stores. So let me get this straight big posters on the windows codes on your receipts at this store but this store doesn't and isn't one of the actual promotional stores. That is total bullshit then that would mean your marketing team is playing of kids who see it and others who see it to make them buy more there cause they think they will get a code and get all these special little cesasrs things for the new game. Wow mind in blown that is total false advertising and it is clearly a scam to put more money in your pockets from nothing. Ok well I contacted the local A.G. office who said they would look into it. I also will be filing complaint with the city of hot springs business department and commerce committee. An while I am on the topic please get people to wear hair nets or hats while they are cooking food and make sure that when your counter help touches money and then goes and handles food with out gloves which by the way is against policy to make food without washing hands or wearing gloves that they actually wash there hands or when I see them out at the dumpster with trash an I see them come straight inside and go make...
Read moreSo this spring they managed to mess up my phoned in order, was supposed to be able to get a free replacement when I chose, never got it. This location never has anything ready when they open and are always asking people to wait. To top it all off though, I called in an order for my employees since we had horses racing the other day. When making my order I was told it would be 30 minutes till it was ready. I had ordered a thin crust pepperoni, a thin crust 3 meat, and an Italian cheese bread, it shouldn't have taken no 30 minutes when they even said they weren't busy. Anyway, I went to pick up my order just to be told that it would be 30 minutes! What kind of place doesn't even follow through with their own slogan (yes I know a phoned in order is not part of the 'hot and ready') but still 2 pizzas and a cheese bread does not take an hour to make! Then I'm told that it's going to be nearly $25 for 2 pizzas and a cheese bread (inflation does not account for that much of a price jump). I do not recommend based on too many bad encounters granted most of the issues are because of employees and not the food chain but really have some courtesy and open on time...
Read moreFirst, my delivered order that I paid extra for PLUS a tip was WRONG. Then, I tried calling and nobody answered. So I decided to get my kid so he can carry the wrong order for me and I drove all the way down to hand them their wrong order (which someone named Dora delivered, they obviously aren't an explorer). I get there and they don't have the sauce I ordered, and my pizza was right except I ordered green peppers on it and didn't get them. All the girl at the register offered me was an apology and said something about the delivery driver. So I've paid for sauce I didn't get, I paid for a delivery and a tip that was wrong and paid for a pizza without green peppers (I really like green peppers). That's shoddy business. Also, it's 35 degrees out and these customers had their little kid (maybe 5?) walking around in there with no shoes or socks on...
