I guess I should have expected less from a crew of kids but damn. Customer service was on zero. I asked a dude that worked there with two dandruff braids if a certain shoe was still on sale. He walked over and satirically looked at the tag and said yes. Whatever, can I get a size 11? He says, sure then scans it then walks away. I wait for like 5 minutes then walked over to him and asked what happened. He looked at me like I ordered them. Someones coming. Oh ok my bad thanks for telling me 5 minutes later after I walk up to you. Your leadership needs to coach y'all in effective communication. Nothing but complaining while I was there originally. The only reason I walked back in the store was because I saw the item on sale online. This is the main reason I shop online. I don't have to deal with these "I hate my job" kids.

The store manager was in such a rush to run back to her hole and continue a conversation with her fake lover to properly assist my party so in return they'll end up losing money on a defective product that could've easily been exchanged. Now not only do they lose a sale, the defective product has been returned as well as our money. Sure they can return to the vendor, I would, however you'll have to wait just to break even instead of allowing an exchange and then returning the defective product. Won't be shopping at this location again. Since the manager didn't wear a name badge or have on a uniform like everybody else, the supervisor and apparently only cashier, Alyssa will have to take the blame. Least she had on a name plate. Do not buy from here!! Beware!! They will take your money and not return your online order back to the warehouse!! They are so incompetent and lie to you all day long! Half the time they do not answer your calls. I have had customer service reach out to them to confirm they accepted my return and they don’t answer the phone. When they did answer me. They told me lies they shipped it!! Finally a week later and still no refund. Store manager is even worse just told me he doesn’t have my online order and doesn’t see anything received or return. Are you kidding me?? The time wasted to drive there and calling for a week straight.
