Wish I could give 0 stars. I did an online order to be ready at 12:15 pm. When I showed up at my scheduled time I was being argued with that there was no order for me. I pulled out my email confirmation and proof of charge. Then, my order was found. SMH. Then, I was told the decorator wasn’t there yet so my cake wouldn’t be ready for a while. I told them I did not live in the area so I’d be back after work to pick up the order & to please call when my order was ready. I showed up after work, luckily it was ready but I didn’t receive my call I asked for. The cake turned out atrocious. Below is an icing example from their website I was expecting and the 50 is what I got. So hideous. I could have done better than that and I should have done it myself if I knew it would turn out this way. I will NEVER order from that Great American Cookie again. I’m beyond upset.

My wife was adamant that she wanted a great American cookie cake for her themed birthday party (I will let you guess what the theme was). I took my idea to the people here and they asked me lots of great questions and helped design the cake of her dreams! On the day that I was supposed to pick it up they even called me with a couple of questions just to make sure they were doing it exactly right, which they definitely did! She was blown away by the level of detail and the care that was put into this. All of her friends couldn't stop talking about how great it tasted and looked too. It totally stole the show! I cannot thank you enough for making my wife's 30th birthday bash amazing and we'll definitely be back!

With the help of Lameka Hadnot and Monigua Murphy, at the Baybrookmall Mall store in Webster, my son and I both got what we wanted. Thank you two so much for helping to make my son’s wedding special! Y’all are the best. The cookie cake looked amazing and tasted even better.

My son is a huge Great American Cookie Co. fan and was determined to have one for his groom’s cake at his wedding. I was hesitant at first because I really wanted him to have something that resembled more of a tiered cake. With the help of Lameka Hadnot and Monigua Murphy, at the Baybrookmall Mall store in Webster, my son and I both got what we wanted. Thank you two so much for helping to make my son’s wedding special! Y’all are the best. The cookie cake looked amazing and tasted even better.
