Long story short she went above and beyond and within a day she had my refund despite she even having to deal with another corporate genius who again said we had to dispute it with pay-pal. I was asked to leave because I was wearing a face mask and not a cloth mask but have a medical condition that makes the cloth mask difficult for me to wear and breath . Never given a minute to explain or shown my medical card to wear face shield in store. The store offered me a cloth mask I took but I left because they had to many people in it and many with the mask under nose and on chin only.
