I came here December 9th and encountered a very rude employee. A feminine man with curly hair and a necklace was the cashier and had a disgusting attitude. I ordered my order through DoorDash and decided to use the pick up option instead of having it delivered to me. DoorDash sent me a notification that my order should be ready before I walked into the mall. I ask for my order and it was not ready. I ordered the cookies that went viral on tiktok. They did not check the online orders until I came in and he was so upset at the fact I ordered these cookies. He turned to a white women and had her speak to me. She told me I would have to wait an extra 20 min or I could call DoorDash and cancel my order. Since I made the effort to drive to the mall I decided to wait. When I came back after the 20 min the guy saw me and did not even acknowledge me and went on his phone. I assumed the order was not ready and sat down to wait. My sister came in and tried to ask why it’s taking so long and he want to fight my sister. He started swinging his arms like a bird trying to fly and got all aggressive. He claimed that they don’t get DoorDash orders ready because door Dashers claim that they’re there and take forever to pick up the order so the customers food gets cold. I’m not sure if he thought I was a DoorDasher and didn’t know I was the customer or what his nasty deal was. He said many rude things. That attitude is only cute on little girls. Not grown men. There was no management to contact. I understand the whole Karen culture and I would never disrespect customer service employees but because of the Karen culture employees like him think they can disrespect customers and get away with it. Absolutely...
Read moreI was in the mall at 10:30 and went to Cinnabon to find out they opened at 11. No biggie, I had things to do anyway. I did notice 6 of the large cinnamon rolls already out. I returned at 11 and asked the young lady how much longer it would be for the fresh rolls. She said "I don't know how long, I don't put them in so, I don't know". I asked if she would mind finding out. She rolled her eyes and went to the back to return with the information that it would be an hour before any were ready. Now, this doesn't make sense to me for several reasons, one being, why would they open the store with only 6 cinnamon rolls to last them for an hour and let's not mention it's probably the second busiest day of the year due to returns and such. I told her I would take two of the rolls and would like a contact number for the manager. She rang me up and went to the back to "get the manager". A lady named Laura came out and said none of the rolls in the over were ready and wouldn't be ready for an hour. I again asked her if it is standard practice to open the store with only 6 cinnamon rolls for an hour in which she responded yes. I asked her specifically about the rolls that were in the oven that definitely looked cooked and she said they still needed to sit and rise. I asked for her managers name which she said was Jason. I asked how to contact him and she said I would need to contact corporate via the website. I did that and also...
Read moreThe customer service is atrocious! The tiny little white man that works there and the black guy with the weave are so extremely rude. I took my four kids there and we have never been ( nor will we ever go again! ) so I asked about a couple of beverages. The guy looked so angry and was unhelpful. He had no clue what he was doing. He couldn't even answer the most simple questions like what sizes hot chocolate do you have. It doesn't require much sense to do their job, but even the two of them put together couldn't accomplish taking orders, smiling and giving the correct item to the customer. A chimp could do their job a million times better. My children's hot chocolate was disgusting. It's powdered packets, and some hot water. Maybe hire some employees that...
