Burlington — Local services in Houston

There is always a line at the register no matter what day I visit, with only one—maybe two—cashiers available. Meanwhile, I often see several employees and even shift managers walking the floor, yet none step in to help reduce the line. Customers are left waiting with no acknowledgment, no apologies for being short-staffed, and no effort to communicate delays.

It feels as though the attitude is simply: wait or leave. That is very poor customer service. Because of this repeated experience, I’ve started taking my business elsewhere where customer service is a priority. Something definitely needs to change here.

El lugar recién abrió sus puertas , como sugerencia , deberían poner más personal capacitado de apoyo en todas las áreas , fuimos y se nos presentó un inconveniente en la caja por parte de la tienda , nunca pudimos obtener el recibo original de pago , el papel rollo de la registradora estaba mal puesto y no imprimió nuestro recibo a lo cual ahi vinieron tres personas dice “mánager” sin solucionar el problema , tampoco podíamos hacer devolucion de mercadería e irnos por no tener recibo , después de media hora mínimo de espera , apareció la mánager del local con un papel gigante impreso la cual sustituia el recibo . A todo esto al salir , las alarmas de la puerta , no estaban bien programadas y a todo quién salía le sonaba , porsupuesto otro inconveniente más que tuvimos que soportar . En fin mala...
