This place has the absolute worst customer service. I will never shop there again. I asked for the managers name and extension, and the supervisor on duty literally told me to look it up on their website because she wasn’t going to provide that information. So, when I got home ,I called and asked again and she hung up on me. Guys do not go in this store. You will be followed around the entire store. And be sure they can see your clothing and jacket if you’re wearing one, bc if you don’t makesure of that , you will be stopped at the door and harassed over the clothing you’ve walked in with. That’s exactly what happened to me. The store supervisor tried making me take my jacket off bc she said iit belonged to them. I told her to view her cameras and when I said that ,she knew she was in the wrong,, big time. She told me to just leave. How crazy is that? Bumped into my daughter and I repeatedly, rolled her eyes and gave us nasty looks the entire time we waited in line. Cherilyn also has a very nasty attitude, she was being nice nasty. I believe she was upset that I asked for the number to corporate so I could report them. But let’s rewind to the workers that was blatantly rude, they reached all across my daughter and I without saying excuse me, ran her basket she had items in to stock into the basket my daughter was pushing, stared me down like she wanted to fight me and rolled her eyes repeatedly. Read moreToday, 2 days after Christmas and we are in the line and have been for 30 minutes! There is a triple wrapped line with over 50 customers waiting and only 2 cashiers! This is the most sickening thing I’ve ever seen in Burlington. Those poor cashiers probably have not had a break and are not going to get one anytime soon. They are doing checkouts, returns, and layaway! They should have not had them work with such limited staff! The store manager really needs to make sure that his scheduling staff schedules extras during the holidays to accommodate call offs. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!
