Wingstop — Restaurant in Houston

I made a call in order yesterday around 7:20 PM and the host Eduardo said It’ll be ready in 20 minutes. I arrive around 7:55 PM and my order still wasn’t ready. I think they started working on my order as soon as I got there. I got my food around 8:24 PM and the order was wrong. That’s totally unacceptable. The voodoo fries were cold to the touch and had no cheese. One order of wings were wrong, and they couldn’t tell which one was which so multiple employees had to keep opening the box to look at them instead of just making me another box. I complained and said, why don’t you let me keep this one since I’ve already been waiting over an hour and they ignored me. The place was crowded and there was nowhere to sit and wait. After waiting another 10 minutes i finally got my food. When I got home I noticed they got the flavor of replacement wings was wrong and they weren’t well done. This restaurant was so backlogged with orders. 30 plus customers were waiting for they’re order. While DoorDash and Uber eats orders sat on the shelf. I ordered my food online at 5:30pm, I waited in the restaurant to receive my order,because the online ordering said it was a 15 minute wait. I ended up waiting there till 6:50. I asked the worker where is my food coming out. The worker said there is 5 orders ahead of me. Because I waited so long I requested a refund. The general manager didn’t want to do my refund right away. He wrote my name down and was gonna put it in his pocket. I told him please process my refund now I’m able to wait. So I wasn’t able to receive any food. The staff was very slow and definitely care about good customer service. This franchise needs a lot of work. The Night Crew...Lakia and Jocelyn goes over and beyond to assure the orders are correct before finalizing, the lobby was fresh, clean, and looks well maintained ! Marlon was all over the place making sure he assisted wherever needed to help with customers orders as well as make sure there was something on the TV satisfactory for customers to enjoy while dining in ! Samuel and Alex did well with my order, literally cooked to prefection !
