Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Houston

This was the WORST experience I've ever had at Pizza Hut...the guy who I later found out was the manager was VERY RUDE...I order a family box pizza with wings and bread sticks...I selected the curbside option because I had my baby In The car and didn't want to take her out...I watched one employee walk outside twice but the second time he left for good...now while watching this employee I'm looking like ok where is my order...I called and called the number to see what was going on...no answer...so I decided to get out to see what was going on...while walking into the store I called the number again to see if the phone was ringing...it was...the "manager" walked up to it looked and let it ring...then he finally came to assist me...when I asked what was going on and why my order wasn't brought outside to me...he so rudely said well unfortunately I'm understaffed...ok I get that...but that's not my fault...so my food sat there because he only had two workers...ok now mind you...my order was the ONLY box jn the warmer...so I kindly asked for a REFUND and corp office number because it had been so long...he said have a good night and walked to the back...I have never had someone be so RUDE because of their own fault...and for it to be the manager this is ridiculous...contacted corp...no response...so why ask me to take a survey when no one responds or nothing will be done about it...Pizza Hut has lost me as a customer and I'm going to tell everyone I know do NOT USE the S Sam HOUSTON location by Target unless you want to have a manager be RUDE TO YOU or NOT GET YOUR FOOD...

RUDE VERY RUDE Indian guy. I’ve been ordering from Pizza Hut for forever and today i order a stuffed crust pizza pepperoni and bone out breaded buffalo burning hot wings extra tossed in sauce, and my wings came with NO sauce and pizza under cooked and deformed so i called this location to ask what happened and the Indian guy argued that the wings had sauce and the pizza was fine... WHO ARE YOU TO ARGUE WITH A PAYING CUSTOMER about what’s sitting in my face ? So he goes to say there’s not even any delivery drivers out yet, i said how when someone just delivered my food from there then he pauses and comes back and says well there’s sauce on your wings and the pizza is fine again I stated again I’m not about to argue is there any way this can be fixed then he proceeds to hang up in my face! So i instantly get in my vehicle and drive up there with the disgusting order that was brought to me and request his name which he lied and said Xavier and lied about his district manager name so I’m like okay whatever i want my refund then HE ARGUES WITH ME OVER HOW MUCH I PAID WHEN MY EMAIL SAYS $21.27 and he said it was only 18$! Like what is wrong with that man from the reviews main complaints are about him and nothing is to be done. He said he’s the manager of the store or whatever but something has to be done we are paying customers and I’m a very frequent customer because i LOVE pizza and wings I’ve never had a bad experience with Pizza Hut in my 24yrs of living until now. I WILL be contacting corporate and above to have you removed...

Horrible! They delivered a mass of undercooked pizza in the middle and over cooked on the edges. The toppings and marinara sauce was all dumped in the middle and none on the edges and the sauce tasted watered down. It was a bad experience. So I called to get a refund and the manager was rude and didn't listen to a word I said when I told him I didn't want a do-over or a store credit he kept repeating the same thing over and over. He told me, "Good luck with that," and hung up on me when I said I'd call the corporate office for help. So I went back in person and asked again for a refund, he refused and did the same thing so I just left the box of food there. I will NEVER be going back the that horrible place! Nasty food and nasty service! And now I have to deal with trying to get my money refunded. UPDATE: I spoke to the actual manager and tried to get my refund, and I even went back in person and tried again, but ended up with nothing. The manager was horrible and refused to refund me, so my credit card company tried to collect from Pizza Hut and failed and ended up refunding my money. Looking at the continued inconsistency and horrible reviews, I don't understand why this place is still open or has the same pitiful manager! Pizza Hut, you need to do...
