My friend knew I love Mediterranean/Greek food, so he stopped by this place to get me something. From the receipt he showed me, the order was for the combo chicken & gyro plate ($14.95), a Tiramisu Coffee Cake ($5.95), and Turkish Coffee ($3.00). I was ecstatic! But, I had to break it to him. This was not what I expected. The coffee was very grainy and tasted burnt, not bitter. Upon near finishing it, I saw that at the bottom of the cup, it looked like mud. I drank it to see what it was and discovered that it was the grind. Never had "Turkish" coffee like this anywhere before. Aside from the coffee itself, the amount was laughable. It was in a small cup. I'm talking tiny! But that's not what I'm upset about. The amount of coffee was about half the cup! I included some pictures for comparison. Certainly, he was ripped off. Next, the tiramisu. I consider myself a connoisseur, and what I ate can't even be described as good tiramisu. I bit into ice; parts of it were frozen. It wasn't flavorful. I couldn't taste any coffee or the aromatic sweetness of legit tiramisu. No, I don't have COVID-19. This was quite disappointing. I needed to cleanse my palate and gave him the rest. I couldn't take another bite because that's how awful it is. The best was saved for last, the main course. I was amazed! Well... initially. The amazement quickly turned to disgust. It wasn't until after taking pictures for this review that I noticed there is PUBIC HAIR in my food!! My friend was so embarrassed, and I was angry he wasted $30 and waited on this food for me. We ended up giving the food to his dog, and funny enough, his dog didn't even want to eat it! I didn't bother touching the salad, the rice, or the chicken. It was the first time my friend had gone to this place, and as the good friend that I am, it is also the last time he will. How insulting. He even gave a 20% tip.

We decided to go to this area for dinner tonight! The food looked great and we were excited to try something new. We got the Gyro Plate, Meat Massouka, Baklava, Baklava Cheesecake, and Lebanese tea. The Lebanese tea was amazing with tastes of lemonade and rose water. We absolutely loved the hummus and baklava!!! The gyro plate and meat Massouka was really good as well. What we didn’t love was the baklava cheesecake that was not on the menu. When we asked the waiter how much the cheesecake was, she said around $5. Unfortunately, she lied to us because the bill was stated the cheesecake was $8.95. The service definitely needs improvements. The staff did not communicate with one another. The waitress did not know the menu well. She grabbed our drinks unexpectedly and didn’t tell us she was refilling them until she came back 5 minutes later. The dessert she brought was not completed with pistachio and chocolate toppings and the manager grabbed our desserts after seeing our table and had them fixed…Another server had to double-check our order to see if they were correct in giving us salad… the service was all over the place. Fortunately, the manager came out and talked to us. He let us try some olive oil that was amazing with the hummus. At the end, we found out the waitress was new. I understand that it takes a while to get used to a new system, but to not check the price of a menu item you are promoting is wrong. If you do not know something, then you should tell the customer that you need to double check or find out the answer from management. Overall, great food, but the service needs major work. I appreciate the manager trying to make up for the issues of the waitress, I loved the story he told. The waitress underpricing an item by double was not okay. Also, the price for each plate was a lot for what you get.

We used to love coming here but had a horrible experience last night and will not be returning. First off, a girl asked where we'd like to sit and when we chose a table, Rashid M. (who said later that he was in charge) got after her in front of us for where we sat. That started off on a bad foot but we ignored it. Then he took our order, brought the first part of the mezza, then had us waiting for a VERY long time for the actual main plate. So long that we lost our appetites and he actually came and asked if we were ready for the ticket. We never even got our food! He kept bossing around and getting after the girl there (the only decent service) and had us waiting a long time again for the order that never came. We said to box it because we lost our appetites and needed to leave. He took our card and then, once again, took a VERY long time before finally bringing it back and dropped it off. My husband called him back over to ask why he had his card for so long. ONLY THEN did he admit that he charged us for another table, but not to worry because he fixed it. Didn't bother telling us or giving us a copy of the receipt in case we needed it for our bank. He apologized and said he'd discount us next time. There won't be a next time. The girl called the owner to fix it somehow and we were offered a dessert or appetizer. This is a terrible and unethical way to run your business and this man has NO BUSINESS handling cards if he can't be honest enough to explain a mistake and provide a receipt unless prompted. We've been here several times before this but you've lost...
