BreWingZ Restaurant and Bar — Restaurant in Houston

I went to this place 9/27/ 2015.The place looked decent, cashiers was nice as much as to be expected I guess, food was HORRIBLE, I left a relative house and was heading home, my wife called and asked me to stop by Brewingz, she ordered two golden shrimp baskets, a hot dog and hamburger kids meals total $40. Ok, I figured hungry no big deal. Got to Brewingz food ready ok cool. They lady showed me the food as she place it in the bag I noticed an unual amount of fries but I figured thanks I guess. Got home gave wife the food and kids got their food, wife ate a frie and noticed instantly their cold. I ate one, and they are cold and feel old. They or highly flexible which is a symptom of old cold fries and taste the shrimp horrible as well. Now as a Iraq War veteran I had bad food but I've had better food in Iraq. I rather eat a month on MRE'S (Meals, Ready to Eat) for all you none military personal, then eat there again the shrimp taste like they was dipped in CLP lubricant oil I will never eat there again I rather taken my $40 and went to chili's or to Sonic where I could have gotten some cheaper food but better quality. Don't take the chance on bad food with your money. If you want to take the chance on something with your money go play the Powerball where your odds of winning are 1 in 175,233,510.00, chances are you will win before you have good food at this place. Next time I will take my $40 to the near gas station and get myself 10 powerball tickets at least I will have hope I will win rather than k ow I'm losing $40 on horrible food thank for nothing Brewingz and even after I emailed corporate I still haven't heard anything back, again thanks and you welcome for the freedom you enjoying that was paid for with the blood of my battle buddies and my $40. My experience was way less than satisfying. I ordered the French onion soup and it was disgusting by looks and not that great of taste I tried to muster it and eat just the broth but being pregnant I was totally grossed out. The so called "melted" cheese on top was in a 1 inch thick block I couldn't even scoop through it just sunk into the soup which looked like soggy chicken gizzard sitting in it I was very grossed out. I so then called and returned being that I work in close proximity after returning with my soup the young lady asked me what was wrong with it I showed her and simply asked would you eat this she gave a disgusted look and said no. My question is how are you going to serve something not even an employee would eat? So being in a rush to get back to work I opened the menu and chose the first thing that looked appetizing which was the fire sticks they looked and sounded great I was starving and ok with waiting being that things like this happen. After being told they would be ready in ten mins they took over fifteen mins for an appetizer to go at that! I get back to work and open my food and it looks like someone just through it in the microwave and tossed the dressings on top very sloppy the food was falling apart and not even that warm at this point Im pretty over it and lost my appetite. I had heard bad things about this specifc BreWingz but being that I work nights and am limited on things close by I decided to give it a try. Will never return or waste my money here. The two girls at the front were lovely and sweet though and gave great customer service I understand it is not in there control how the food...

This place hires the worse people . I used to always get the same ignorant waitress. Seriously stopped coming here at night just because of her. I prefer to go during the day when it's slow cuz its the only time they get anything right.. My most recent experience was the worse. I was calling for more than 15 minutes trying to place an order and no one answered so I was already frustrated that I had to drive all the way over there to place my order and STILL wait for it to be ready (Which defeats the purpose of calling in the order --) When I get there I'm already mad and ask why they're not answering. A girl just says: "Oh yeah our phones aren't working" and walks away. When another one finally comes to actually take my order she has her stink face on (as per usual --) and doesn't even ask "how can I help you" or anything, so I just go ahead and start ordering. After she put in my order and charged me she walks away to talk to the first girl and they just stand there for like 5 minutes. I had to to interrupt and ask: "Don't you need to know what type of drinks I want?" ... I swear the last thing I needed was to go back there and get my friken food myself!! I am not a violent person or short tempered but I swear this time they were testing my patience. Once I got my order I stormed out of how frustrated I was. Once I got in my car, put on my seatbelt, everything ready to go, I realized they hadn't even given me my drinks so I still had to go back in!!! Terrible, terrible service!!
