Dazzle Nails & Spa — Local services in Houston

I have been using Dazzle for quite sometime. I continue to come mostly because of the staff & service, especially Tom. You can find him daily making sure everyone is comfortable & asking their needs. Whether it be a complimentary drink, snack, or pillow, he's AWESOME! Many techs are skilled, although Judy gets it right every time with my nails from a pic I'll show her or an idea I want, she's on point. I got jewels & design the last time & I didn't have a chance to return until 4 weeks later & the jewels & design lasted 4 weeks without falling or fading & it did NOT look clumpy or messy at all with tons of glue. They are the worst!! Mr Tom says he tries but doesn't, he took my appointment and 4 times lost it and refuses to fix it or compensate somehow. He won't talk to owner, won't take calls and ignores you once you have complained. I have driven and wasted my fuel, and time and effort. They have horrible customer service. I had hoped he would let me speak with owner, but no. My calls are blocked and all I want is a solution. And they have no honor! Don't trust them!! Even with an appointment, the wait time is...

I absolutely love this nail salon! Tom is an amazing manager, he always makes sure we’re taken care of, even when we’re running a little late. Tori and T are the BEST! They take care of me every time, and their patience and attention to detail are unmatched. The customer service here is truly 5 stars everyone is friendly, professional, and makes you feel welcome. I always leave with perfect nails and a great experience....
