Gyro Republic — Restaurant in Houston

The Pearland Parkway location just open and it did not disappoint. The chicken was fresh off the grill. The size was fresh. The lettuce taste amazing and also the sauces That they put on the pita sandwich the Gyro and also the bowl are incredible. I literally almost bit my finger, biting into it shaking my head. I have had Cleaning gyros in my day, but this particular Gyro/pita sandwich tasted different. I got the spicy chicken and I will forever be finding those locations wherever I go hats off 10 out of 10. I was so focused on eating. I never even took a picture of it on my next review. Ok I have a little rant. The food was great but this time i ordered I was highly disappointed. First of all when I came in to pick up there was nobody inside but they were barely making the food which I didnt really mind this because I understand and I don’t mind waiting . But after that I got my food and went home I realized they didn’t put feta on both my bowls which I paid extra for and gyro republic is already pricey. They live up to their motto of fresh food fast. I had the gyrito with spicy rice and the spicy chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and mild hot sauce. YESSSOOOO! Yummy to my tummy. All the flavor without the guilt. It was a good size portion as well. I came on any empty stomach and was not able to finish the gyrito. I appreciate the food being made in front of you and how patient the staff was with me ordering as it was my first time there.
