Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Houston

I came to try the new Steakhouse burger, but got the worse service EVER!!! To save time on performance reporting (it seems), they rushed my order through the kiosk but my food did not get delivered initially for about another 3 minutes....initially... They brough out my order and it was totally wrong. Not one item was right. They brought me a footlong hotdog and other stuff. So, they took it back. The second time they brought me 2 burgers. ugh Still not my order. So, they took it back. As soon as Carhop headed back in, I press the red button to talk to a manager and cancel my order. It should not take this many attempts to get my food...and they were not that busy. More than half of the stalls were empty when I parked. They ignored my press of the button while they tried to get my order right. 3 people fiddling with my bag, I can see them through the window. On the third attempt, it looked like my order was correct. I checked the burger and it was right. So, I drove off in frustration. Yeah, of course my order was still not right. The rest of the order was either wrong or cold. ugh

I eat at Sonic regularly (at least once a week), but I will NEVER eat at this Sonic ever again. I am still hungry...all I could eat was...

Worst location! Avoid this one specifically! My husband got his order in by 10:25pm in the drive thru and they made a face when he wanted to add one more corn dog to his order, pulling up at the window. So we missed out on his food. we ordered a sonic blast with brownie pieces and caramel. It was all soft serve with no brownie pieces, at all! It was very few chocolate shavings on top of the cup of soft serve and no caramel either! They turned the lights out completely at 10:25. They couldn’t wait for 10:30 to do it! I understand a food place trying to close a little bit earlier (at least 15-25 min before closing) but dang! They might as well change the closing hours to 10-10:30pm for the sake of customers not having proper service and wasting money on a large cup of soft serve. Whoever closed last night 3/28/24 did horrific. Do yourself a favor and go to the Pearland location. This owner just doesn’t seem to care so why...

Just left. Had lunch at Cheesecake factory. My kids and I wanted a slushy nerds drink. Craving nerds. That’s it. Ordered 3 large. Upon driving off, no nerds in first sip. Pulled over pushed button for service and even though woman repeated my flavored nerds drinks she said I didn’t charge you for nerds?? I can take you some. Brought me few nerds in cup for one drink. I had 3 drinks. Asked for more the woman said well she didn’t charge you for them. I said well she should of because that’s what I came for please bring me some more. Waited a bit and we made our own drinks and it sucked because you have to put nerds first before slushy because it won’t mix good. Order was so simple yet incorrect. I was the only car in parking lot so it wasn’t busy. Everyone in the building was staring at me like I did something wrong shaking their heads like really.
