Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Houston

When walking it was under remodeling but it was fine. Some of the games weren't working and i brought it to the attention of the lady who tags you. My daughter just wanted a ball from the claw machine but it wasnt working right. I brought it to her attention and she gave me more minutes but it was late and they were about to close. When I told her I didnt want the minutes since I'm going to lose them anyway would i be able to just get the ball. She made excuses and complained about her coworkers. The cashier ignored us every single time we tried to talk to him. We stayed a little after 9 to try and finish the minutes she gave me since I had them anyway. My daughters were excited to get their toys so we waited. We asked the cashier if someone could help us and he ignored us. My husband got closer and asked again but we became impatient because it was clear he was ignoring us. He put on his headphones in front of my husband who was right next to him and kept working. All we tried to ask was if someone could help us and if they were even still open to get the prizes. He took out his phone finished putting on his head phones. After a while another gentleman came out, I believe he was the manger, but he was the only one willing to help us. He explained they were closed and even gave my daughters a toy anyway. He handled it well and that's all we asked for was someone to acknowledge and explain which is not alot to ask for. I wish I got names but no one had on nametags or anything. I dont know if we will be coming back to this location but thank you at least to the guy who actually tried to turn this...

The reason I’m giving this location 1 star is because yesterday Tuesday night, October 17, when we celebrated my sons birthday at this location one of the girls working there handing out the prices was very very rude, she had a bad attitude and kept rolling her eyes every time she turned around. She thought we didn’t notice but my guests and I did. My son was supposed to get his present since I got the Mega party pack, well that girl was giving us a hard time about the present that my son wanted. She probably didn’t want to go get it to the back or something. And then after we redeemed his tickets this lady didn’t even give us the full amount of the tickets. She just threw the calculator she had on the side, so that we could leave and said that was all we could get, even though we knew we still had more we could get for my son. I didn’t want to confront this girl over that. She refused to redeem the full amount, so we just decided to leave. She was very rude... this was my sons Birthday... we are not looking forward to going back to this location and dealing with that girl. I don’t understand why you would work in a place like this if you don’t have the patience for a place like this, especially dealing...

I paid almost $70. Place seemed almost over packed their lights went out twice , it was super hot in there and the manager looked at me stupid when I asked him if they were going to refund any money ! He said it couldn't have taken any minutes from the card yet the light went out twice and that took them time to restart the machines . We were also playing a game when they went out so no tickets for that! One Machine ran out of tickets and employee took forever to assist us in getting our tickets. One machine didn't have tickets and we paid to play the bubble game and then a employee came to open the machine didn't even let my daughter start the game or say excuse me or even tell us anything so no points for that! They also gave out a paper for a survey claiming to give me 100 tickets for completing it and we only got 88 tickets.. I pay to bring my kids ,they look forward to earning tickets ! I paid for an hour play time. We got 212 tickets 88 they gave to us . BTW my daughter is 8 so she usually gets a good amount of tickets. Their machines wouldn't even work!
