Do not get your ears pierced here!!!

It took the long green haired lady an 1hr to get my ears measured due to the multiple times she stopped to help other customers.

She then took an extra 30 minutes, of adjusting and moving the earings on my newly pierced ears. She could not manage to get the backs of the earrings properly closed and adjusted after using the gun. This extremely hurt!

She peirced 3 on the measurements, but the fourth (Helix) she allowed the gun to move and it pierced in the wrong part of my ear. This caused a painful healing process that bubbled, and needed extra care and time to heal....

After paying for 4 piercings and a bunch of jewelry spending over 100, it felt like the helix was dripping blood. While still in the store, I asked for a cotton ball or napkin to dry my ear. Although she had a full bag of balls, and a full napkin role. She refused to give me anything stating it was against store policy. I had to walk back to the register to ask for a napkin to wipe the dripping blood from my ear!!!

Save yourself and don't get pierced at...

I went there and got 3 earings and 3 free. The three they charged me for was $35. I got a twisty on for my cartilage (16g) a stud for my cartilage (16g) and 3 hoops in one pack (16g) they were super cute and I was so exited. I got home and TRIED to put it on and the ball wouldn't even come off for me to put it through my ear. Then the twisty one wouldn't iven go in my ear. Then the stud fit but it was to short so it barley came out the other side so I couldn't screw the jem on. So I was very mad then I went back to Claire's to return them and then they said it was "body jewlery" so I couldn't return it and it was 35 dollars (but then they gave me my money back for the cheap ones - 10 dollars) So I just lost my money and gave it to claires for free. This was also my first time going to Claire's and I'm not happy at all. Me personally I would NEVER recommend going here and I HATE it. That's me personally...

I've been to this store twice in the last week..and both times the customer service was non existent. No greeting upon coming in the store, no mention of promotions, and when at the register, the manager seemed to be more concerned with price changes than ringing us up. Because I was in management for Claire's before, I know how they pride themselves with customer service. Even when a another customer was asking about ear piercings, there was no eye contact, she just yelled out the fee, and continued to be focused on price changes. I was so disgusted at the utter lack of respect for the customer...and they weren't busy, so a simple walking the customer to the ear piercing station to explain pricing would have worked. Nonetheless, I will not ever shop this location again since my money and patronage isn't needed...
