Located just 7 minutes from my apartment, it’s the perfect place for a quick escape. I brought my DJI Neo drone, and I was blown away by how well it performed, capturing stunning aerial footage of the 64-foot waterfall and the surrounding park area, especially with the Williams Tower towering in the background at sunset. Even though I arrived a bit late and almost missed the golden hour, the sunset lighting still made the Waterwall and the massive, beautiful Williams Tower look absolutely magical. The park itself is so peaceful—perfect for relaxing on the green lawn or snapping photos. Sadly the Inside waterwall area was closed and the water wasn't running, but the outer wall water was flowing beautifully! It’s a must-visit spot in Houston, especially if you love photography or just want to enjoy a scenic, quiet area near Uptown.
