Smoothie King — Restaurant in Houston

I have never been to a smoothie king like this one. Kevin was really rude when all I asked was could I add something. I was the only person in the drive thru the entire time I was there. When I asked how I could add something to my order he just looked at me. I also always put my number in for the rewards, when I asked if he could put it in he seemed confused. As he gave me the bowl there was no greeting, I had to ask for the water that was ordered, not only did he have bad customer service, the young lady that worked with him was also rude when I asked about the water. I noticed the QR code asking to give a 5 star rating, but that was a bit hard to do. As I noticed it I said let me scan this, and the young lady stated, “ you said something” I had no interaction with the young lady but to ask if I could have the medium water. Not to mention the blueberries still had stems in them as my daughter was eating her Bee berry Sting smoothie bowl. I would never stop at this location, I would rather stick...

If I could leave ZERO stars I would! Yesterday’s experience explained why I’ve noticed more and more Smoothie King’s shutting down. The management here must be non-existent because there was NO customer service here, as a matter of fact the male drive thru attendant had the audacity to come to the drive thru window to try to confront and threaten my husband!! We had already paid for our smoothies and had to leave after that with nothing. I’m currently awaiting a call from management and/or corporate after submitting a complaint via telephone survey. Please save yourselves time and frustration and go to Jamba Juice, Whole Foods or even Starbucks for a smoothie! That’s where I ended up having to go to get one. At least they always treat me...

Visited this location a few weeks ago and was told that they discontinued the Power Punch Plus so I purchased nothing. I refused to believe that is true because the Power Punch Plus is one of their top sellers and I’ve purchased it a few different times at this location so I called the location off Westhemier near Fountainview and they told me that wasn’t true and that I should call and speak to this stores captain or something of that sort. Needless to say this store lost a customer and that store gained one that visits at least twice a week. The location is inconvenient as I have to travel away from 24 Hour Fitness but I make the drive as I love the Power Punch Plus before my workouts and I rather give my business to honest...
