I have been going to this place consistently since they opened. I’ve had a couple of bad experiences with them, today was the worst. I will start by my experience I had in April. I got powder dip and deluxe pedicure . I had asked the nail tech what are the popular colors she sees this season. She said how am I supposed to know? I don’t know you pick what you want you pick it and I painted I don’t care. she had all of my nails bleeding. She immediately started dipping my hands without cleaning them. She literally just put the dip on it and called it a day. The woman who did my pedicure got up and went and got the manager. He looked at my hand and immediately got upset and told her to come fix. Whatever language they were speaking, she started to get irate. She started slamming stuff and I told the manager I did not feel comfortable with her doing my nails. It took him 45 minutes to fix my nails. I told him that two of them were not fixed. He literally said that’s as good as it’s going to get. I had to come back two days later because my powder dip chipped and broke on two nails. They had an attitude that they had to be fixed two days later. I did not come back for months because of how I was treated and spoken to. I came into the nail shop on Thursday, June 19th. They close at 7 PM and I got in around 7:30 . Got the same thing I always get deluxe pedicure with regular polish and powder dip for my nails . Both were so helpful helping me pick the right color . I was the last one to leave and it was about 7:45. As soon as she finish doing my toes, they escorted me to the register to pay and out the door because everybody was ready to go in the lights were off. Everyone was walking out, literally as I was walking out. Typically, they spray my toes and have me sit under the dryer to dry my toes for about 15 to 20 minutes . I was not giving that option or opportunity because everyone was ready to go. They told me my toes and my hands were good and within five minutes of leaving both of my big toes were ruined . I immediately called the manager to let him know. He told me I could come in tomorrow morning, which would’ve been Friday morning, but I told him I work all day. He told me to come in on Saturday and that’s exactly what I did . So I came in today, June 21, 2025 I walked to the front desk with a smile. I thought I would be in and out in 2025 minutes and half me a nice mimosa. I get to the front desk and the manager tells me yes we can fix your toes, but you’re gonna have to pay for the fix. I let him know. I should not be responsible for pay when they polished my toes and escorted me out before dry. I told him I had spoke with the supervisor the day before. He reluctantly said that someone will take care of me. The host always gives me a menu and then she takes it back for me and she asked me if she can get me some water. This nail shops serves mixed drinks, mimosas soda, tea, coffee, and she offered me water. I asked her if I could have a Coke. She said yes, she would be right back. She never came back. In fact I sat back there for 15mins by myself. lady comes says something in her native tongue gives me a dirty look and says regular polish we no fix. She sits down. She whipped 40% of the polish off of the two toes and then polished over them. then told me I could go. I told her I wanted to be sure they were dry. She sat me in front of a pile of trash with the broom and dustpan and dirty rags and chemicals. They use to clean the pedicure bowls. While sitting there, the janitor kept on picking up dirty towels, and tossing them in front of my face, and kept on putting the broom directly next to me full of trash. There are over 20 other drying service seats, but they chose to put me directly in front of the trash and the cleaning chemicals. When I expressed, that I felt disrespected and mistreated, they disregarded it. I don’t want to say that they’re racist, but they definitely treat their clients different depending on the color of their skin. They have a fast turn over. Do not come here they...

I would’ve given this place wayyy more stars than 2 because the experience was anazing as far as how they accommodate their customers. They go so far as to provide complementary refreshments like champagne or frozen Daiquiris while you wait at no extra charge.. so that’s all great ..

But here’s the problem .. my nails didn’t last even 24hrs. I’ll upload a picture and a video to show what I mean .. so I got a short coffin shaped ombré design - in which I provided my personal powders because I didn’t prefer to use my own products - although they do have a pretty good line up of they’re own products .. the lady did my nails the EXACT WAY I asked her to. The nails came out to be only $70 . Then at the last minute I decided to go ahead and add rhinestones lining the cuticle area of 6 of my fingers .. that added another $20 trimming up to be a total of $90 for the nails. .. I left that nailshop around 6pm and by 9am the next morning all the rhinestones had fallen off .. .. I meant to review it that day .. but I got sidetracked.. now it’s been about 5days and whatever didn’t fall off within those first few hours at definitely off now. That’s a problem for me simply because those rhinestones alone added an addition 30% to my price .. so I would’ve expected them to last more than a few hours .. and being that I can see the indentation of where the rhinestones were - I kinda ruins the nails because you can tell something was there … so basically I feel like it was a waste..

If I were reviewing they’re customer service they’re get 8stars but they service that I went for was nails . And although I got nails - they didn’t last NO TIME.. so I wouldn’t recommend this shop .,
