Kitchen has small table, not wide enough space to cool off hot pizza. Space to put pizza and take out pizza creates traffic that makes it slower to do it even just one person. And sometimes the ready pizza can fall off and now creates longer wait time for the order. Employee showing attitude because the customers giving her attitude because the food is late. But she handled it professionally but it’s sad to see how the order taking is huge space but kitchen is smaller, who ever is the contractor should have made the oven wider like two sets of oven or higher or double sided. They are not playing pizza party but space is limited and order are coming in 20s every 5 minutes. Some order takers are just chatting up and not able to help in the kitchen. And the pizza boxes were kept on the floor under the table and the employee put it on top of the table for new orders to fulfill. And that’s where the cooked pizza are also placed.

They should just make this a sit down waiting pizza and customer will put check mark on the order slip. And make ordering less stressful for both employees and customers. Read moreIn the beginning, there was light. and then mod pizza happened and stuff got wayyyyy better. I could probably talk about how great the service is and how amazing the pizza was (both of which have fantastic merit) or how pleasant the ambience is with the cool layout and hard bops going through the speakers but what really got me just absolutely stunned and spectacularly overjoyed was just how charismatic and nice the staff were. my indecisive self asked for the best pizza the particular line person could make and the artist that they were, without a second thought, made a combination of pizza i never would've dreamed of but good golly was absolutely the stuff dreams are made of. my exact words at the end of my order were "what can i leave in the review that would make each and every single one of you feel special and appreciated." and i hope that when y'all read this you can feel even an ounce of the joy this pizza place gave me tonight. i for sure am coming back whenever a hankering for pizza manifests. If any of y'all's corporate dudes read this, this place is doing it right.
COVID UPDATE: The plague has done nothing to stop this deliciousness. Love y'all mod...

I actually loved seeing the employees they were very friendly and super cool!
I do not know what happened but it’s a complete new crew and it was heading that direction one last time I was here but now it’s all new and they are rude. They’re ugly. He was aggressive to me because I park in the curbside pick up which is where I tried to order from, but the app would not let me do extra crispy crust so I walked inside. Granted there’s one person inside there’s nobody there I’m not blocking anything there’s another space behind me and I thought I was doing curbside.
I used to love to come here I came here two to three times a week. Never again you need to replace a screw. Get them the hell out of there they’re ruining your business. I don’t know if our franchisee is changed or Manna’s been changed, but these people are gonna kill your business. I will never come to this mod pizza again there’s one not far from here and I’ll drive the extra 2 miles...
