Our visit to this location was beyond disappointing. We went in on Saturday inquiring about placing an order for my daughter's birthday to pick up on Friday.
The woman behind the counter was not only unhelpful, she gave us incorrect information. Despite clearly not knowing the answers to our questions, she made assumptions and did not want to ask anyone for help. She basically tried to push us out the door. When we pressed her to ask, the owner came over give us accurate information. We explained we wanted to order decorated birthday cupcakes and tried to order that day. We were encouraged to take home the flavors we bought and try them before placing our order. We were never told there was a deadline.
Then today at 6pm when I went to the location on Kirby to place our order I was advised they needed 4 days advance notice to get the character toppers as they aren't made by Crave, and there was no way they could even put my order in tonight (which would have given them 72 hours needed according to the website) as it was after 5pm. When I went online and spoke with customer service they called the location and the store manager insisted they would not accommodate our order. We will now have to scramble to get birthday cupcakes elsewhere for my daughter.

Today when I went in they did not have the order. The sales person I talked to said that they donāt do postmates pickups and never have after discovering that they couldnāt find my order. She went in the back to talk to someone she claimed to be her manager. She came back again and told me that again they did not do postmates pickups. I said I didnāt appreciate her calling me a liar because Iāve ordered several times and had the receipts to show. She informed me that she was not calling me a liar and that she was about to call security because I was āyellingā which I was not. I simply told her that she was calling me a liar and not looking at the evidence I had. When I got to my car I called and first asked if another store had what I wanted. I was told they did not. I also asked to speak to a manger and at this point I realized that someone from the store had called the call center and alerted them that Iād be calling to complain. They refused to give me any number or any person. I told them Iād continue to search for outlets to complain.
