I’ve studied these cupcakes and put in the work by eating several of them in one sitting; it wasn’t easy but it was extremely delicious and left me CRAVE’n more and more and more. I’m now officially a CRAVE cupcake junkie, driving from Cypress TX frequently to feed my addiction. There is no other cupcake that has the slightly crisp muffin top edge that is full of intense flavor that rose to the top from the depths of the soul of each cupcake, you will not get that in any other cupcake... I’ve searched. Secondly, the flavors are true, rich and unmistakable, only in a Crave cupcake will you learn what Red Velvet truly taste like, it’s such a lovely flavor that is a fantastical flavor experience, reminiscent of huge thick red velvet theatre curtains that opened up to magical theatrical productions, these cupcakes are a magical epicurean delight. The top of the smooth vanilla icing breaks ever so delicately to expose a thick creamy sweetness like you’ve never had before, God forgive them, for they know not what they do! I’m a bonafide chocoholic and the double chocolate cupcake is made with a good quality chocolate; it to features the perfectly baked muffin top crisp edge and cake moistness but this icing has dark chocolate sprinkles in a lush dark creamy icing accenting the cake perfectly. TLDR: The cupcakes are not worth the bad customer service. Spend your money somewhere that actually cares about the customer experience.

Our visit to this location was beyond disappointing. We went in on Saturday inquiring about placing an order for my daughter's birthday to pick up on Friday.

The woman behind the counter was not only unhelpful, she gave us incorrect information. Despite clearly not knowing the answers to our questions, she made assumptions and did not want to ask anyone for help. She basically tried to push us out the door. When we pressed her to ask, the owner came over give us accurate information. We explained we wanted to order decorated birthday cupcakes and tried to order that day. We were encouraged to take home the flavors we bought and try them before placing our order. We were never told there was a deadline.

Then today at 6pm when I went to the location on Kirby to place our order I was advised they needed 4 days advance notice to get the character toppers as they aren't made by Crave, and there was no way they could even put my order in tonight (which would have given them 72 hours needed according to the website) as it was after 5pm. When I went online and spoke with customer service they called the location and the store manager insisted they would not accommodate our order. We will now have to scramble to get birthday cupcakes elsewhere for my daughter.

I left the Crave Cupcakes on Kirby and I will be looking to report them for racial profiling. I ordered a cupcake through Postmates pickup which I have done several rimes. Today when I went in they did not have the order. The sales person I talked to said that they don’t do postmates pickups and never have after discovering that they couldn’t find my order. She went in the back to talk to someone she claimed to be her manager. She came back again and told me that again they did not do postmates pickups. I said I didn’t appreciate her calling me a liar because I’ve ordered several times and had the receipts to show. She informed me that she was not calling me a liar and that she was about to call security because I was “yelling” which I was not. I simply told her that she was calling me a liar and not looking at the evidence I had. When I got to my car I called and first asked if another store had what I wanted. I was told they did not. I also asked to speak to a manger and at this point I realized that someone from the store had called the call center and alerted them that I’d be calling to complain. They refused to give me any number or any person. I told them I’d continue to search for outlets to complain.
