I purchased an engagement ring from this store December 2021. I am so glad I made a decision to check this store out! Natalie and the team delivered a great buying experience and a value that made a lasting impression on me.

I'm a natural introvert. I tend to shop online first due to this, so deciding to go here was out of my comfort zone. I've researched a bit and consulted my gf, but I still felt uncertain on how to choose the right one. Additionally, being part of the LGBT+ community made it more difficult to shop for such occasion without the worry of being judged.

None of my worries ever materialized. Natalie was very knowledgeable, supportive and always had the "can do" attitude throughout the whole purchase process.

Highlights of my experience:

You can tell a lot about the quality of their jewelries just by coming in the store. They have a wide selection of not just engagement rings but other fine accessories too. Natalie took the time and patience to help me decide on a ring. Trust me when I say, she can make things happen (more below). She was very responsive in answering my questions and my requests. I never felt pressured to buy. She helped me pick the right ring based on my planned budget and preferences thanks to her expertise. I learned a lot from the experience. My experience with her and the staff was judgment-free, and they were very accommodating. Natalie worked hard to get my ideal diamond and they were very competitive with the price. She even involved her manager, Kevin in trying to match a similar stone I found from an online retailer that I thought had an unbeatable deal. I had to eventually come back and change the ring setting post-purchase. Worked with Rashad, and it was a very hassle-free process. They got me in and out in less than an hour with this gorgeous ring and setting.

At the end of the day, I felt more confident and empowered with my purchase. The ring was nonetheless beautiful! I am so excited to propose and show my gf the ring. Hopeful for a yes!

I purchased another "double bull horns shaped" diamond ring--that can be worn separate--or as a ring guard for my 1st ring--along with a pair of diamond earrings (with a great security clasp). This is my first & probably my last review that I will ever do, but my experience at Diamonds Direct Houston is worth sharing for all those ladies and gents looking for an engagement ring. I went to a local jeweler and fell in love with a 2 carat cushion cut halo engagement ring with a price tag just over 75K. The boyfriend is not planning to mortgage the house for an engagement so we went with Plan B. Build my own. After researching that wholesale dealers was the way to go, contacted multiple wholesalers for the best deal. I read google reviews for Diamond Direct and noticed the name Natalie kept coming up with fantastic reviews so I emailed DD and asked for Natalie to call me. From the minute we spoke, I knew I was going to do business with her. Natalie's attention to diamond specs, her detailed questions on preferences of the 3C's, and her passion for customer satisfaction showed through and through. I asked for a visit the next day, but she let me know there was a show the following weekend with a 20% discount on settings. Already saving me money, before we met! Love it. I sent her the pic of the ring I wanted and immediately after our conversation, she was on the hunt for the perfect diamond. In the days leading up to our visit, Natalie text me multiple options. At our appointment, she pulled out numerous diamonds and settings that were identical to the ring I fell in love with. Well, 2.5 hours into our visit we finally landed on the beauty of a lifetime.
