The escape game Houston Galleria was a great experience. The staff I would rate 5+ stars. The actual room is what brought the rating down to 4. First things - the staff. The young lady that welcomed us and greeted us when we booked the room and when we came back was nice. She was polite let us know there was a little wait and that there was the possibility that others would join us because we didn’t book the full room. I was super happy that no one booked the other 3 spots. The game master - Adel - she was sweet and kind. Barely 2 minutes into the game she asked us to step out and paused the game so she could fix something because she saw that it would effect our gameplay. They give unlimited hints but we decided as a group we only wanted three. The hints were perfect and didn’t give anything away and just helped us to locate the clues we weren’t seeing. The escape room - we played the special ops room. It was a fun room and we were excited that we escaped with 19:07 left on the clock. The game play was good but I felt that it was lacking in the number of puzzles. Of our 5 players this was the 5th escape room for 2, 4th for 1, and 2nd for the other 2. We divided and conquered many of the puzzles but at times it seemed like one or two of us was always just watching. The variety of puzzles was good. They rate the difficulty as 8/10 but I would have rated it a 6/10. The people who played before us didn’t win so they may have said 8/10 difficulty level. Overall great experience and I would definitely play at one of their locations again.

A special shoutout to Amethyst and Tatianna, who went above and beyond to assist us as we reminisce on the incredible experiences we’ve had with The Escape Game in Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and even New Orleans. Now, thanks to their exceptional support, we’re thrilled to be heading to the headquarters in Nashville to tackle some exciting new rooms! Amethyst and Tatianna truly made our visit unforgettable, not only with their outstanding service but also by providing us with a Passport sheet and some awesome pins to track all of our escapes. It’s such a fun and thoughtful touch that makes the experience even more special. A huge thank you to the Houston Galleria team for showing us why The Escape Game stands out from every other escape room experience. No other locations come close to the level of service, excitement, and care we receive here. It’s because of people like you that we love it so much!

Had an amazing time Five stars all around !!! My partner and I had such a great time in the rooms and with our wonderful game masters (Amethyst and Rae) we escaped from three different rooms in one day!!!! (The TimeLiner, Cosmic Crisis, and The Heist). While at the Galleria mall Escape Game Amethyst gave us a Gem: the Escape room passport where you mark off the escape rooms you have complained with pins. I’m a sucker for pins. Thank you so much Amethyst, Rae, and Z for making our favorite thing to do even more special. With their knowledge, enthusiasm, and love for the games, made this one of the best Escape room experiences we ever had. We have done over 20 escape rooms and this was hands down our favorite spot. We both can’t wait to get started marking off our passport with more rooms and pins!!! I would highly recommend trying this spot out!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had such a good experience the first time despite not finishing it. Out of all the ones we've done, it has always been one of our favorite escape rooms. When I asked to propose here, they were not only helpful but also encouraging. They went out of their way to help me personalize the room with puzzles that were geared to us. Even when something couldn't logistically be done, other options were offered. I truly feel quality customer service is in short supply in the private sector and maybe it's because you can find it all here with their personnel 😁 Thank you Stephen, JG, and everyone behind the scenes who aided. I will never forget your enthusiasm and kindness. I...we (since she said yes) are forever grateful.

The Escape rooms here were so fun that me and my group played one every day, and we even came back later around 10. Every time we escaped we got 40% off and you can’t beat that. The workers were SUPER nice and enjoyable to be around. Ray and Spencer ( I don’t think I spelt either of their names right) were amazing and they gave us helpful hints if needed. Every room was super creative and I would play them all over again if I could. When we escaped our last one they gave us giftcards and a poster from dps. The playground is my overall favorite, we escaped with having only 13 seconds left. I highly recommend this place for everyone to go, it’s the best! I’m excited to see the new rooms in the future!

My kids had a great time, the variety of food, shops, places to have fun and the constant movement in all areas is amazing, definitely a place to spend a day that never ends.
