TFTI - Interactive Photos & Self-Portrait Studio — Attraction in Houston

Each exhibit room brought so much excitement to our senses. My girl and I were invited to go through one of the Yelp Elite events. We're so glad we had the opportunity to check it out because it was a lot of fun to see the different themes and take pictures together.

When you first arrive, you will check in with the front and then they will give you a selfie light and remote. On the selfie light, you have the option to mount your phone on there to take your pictures throughout the exhibit. The remote is for you to conveniently take pictures. They will assist you with pairing your phone to the remote via Bluetooth if you need help! It was helpful if you wanted to take jumping pictures!

My favorite one was the NASA theme because I've loved space and astronomy ever since I was little. (They have an astronaut helmet as a prop!)

There's no time limit but there are other parties walking around taking photos too. The evening we went everyone was thoughtful and kind sharing each exhibit and did not have to wait long to take pictures.

for the most part, we had a good time. I like that the staff isn’t in every room bothering you like other places I’ve been and they kind of let you do your own thing with all the pictures. It’s nice that they give out ring lights but the one that me and my group got was pretty bad and the others were charging so the one we had didn’t do much.

The lights they have in the “love“room should really be in all of the rooms for better lighting. I asked if they had water and they said it was two dollars which I think is nuts considering that it’s $30 for an adult, also the entire gallery I was blazing hot today in their room wasn’t much cooler so if they aren’t going to provide fans, they need to provide free water in cups or something that can become a lawsuit if people start passing out. There was also a big square of carpet in one of the rooms that was not taped down so I hope nobody trips on it.

in my opinion, I wish some of the rooms were more versatile, like I love the upside down room, but Fourth of July is already over so I wish it had a different theme but overall...

We stumbled upon TFTI as my friend and I were shopping in the mall. We walked in to get more information on pricing for the experience and a professional photographer right before they were closing for the evening. When we walked in we were greeted with a smile from the front desk attendant. We found out they were able to supply our needs with a pro photographer and gave us 2 options to choose from. Because of the pricing and that they had photographers at the ready we booked it for the next day. When we arrived for our shoot checking in was quick and easy. Eduardo our photographer was early and ready. He was laid back and fun to work with. He was very familiar with all of the rooms and was able to suggest multiple poses and took them at various angles. He was more then happy to take multiple photos of my friend and I until we were satisfied. This was our first selfie experience and we don't think any thing can top it.
