They have an adorable selection of party supplies. I was happy to see that they had the vendor Slant as the main source for their inventory. I was very disappointed in their customer service. I chose my items quickly and went up to the counter to purchase them. I greeted both employees and did not receive a greeting back, the employee behind the register was on her phone and after some time she finally reliazed that I was there, said "Oh!" and began to scan my items. In the middle of the transaction she began talking to another customer who was not looking for her assistance and left me waiting once again. Did not even excuse herself or apologized. The other employee just stood there. It's so unfortunate that the employees do not have a sense of what customer service should look like. This store has adorable merchandise and would do so much better if it focused on training their employees. I will now be searching for my party supplies from their awesome...

Two stars: One for the balloons & one for the single nice employee (young, brunette woman). I was super excited to check this place out since a friend of mine had surprised me with a cute balloon & candle from here. Since I prefer supporting local shops & had a monthly event for our business, I figured I’d pick up some last minute decor from here. Decent selection of cute items, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. I genuinely felt like I was interrupting/bothering the woman at the balloon station who didn’t crack a smile once and deigned to acknowledge me in general. Maybe my order wasn’t lucrative enough? For a store set around celebrations and parties, I sure felt the fun had been sucked out of me when I left. Alas, I’ll be going elsewhere & spending a lot less next time I need party...

If I could get 0 stars I can. The night of 2/ 12 at 5:45pm I came into the store with couple of my friends finding some party gifts. They have so many cute things but a little pricey. Not only that but the girls are so rude. I try to make little small talk and they didn’t want to answer I only made small talk to get them to help me find some things but I guess they didn’t want a customer to buy anything. I understand that you close at 6pm but I just needed a couple of things. Not only that but every time I walk into a section they shut the light off in me trying to make it harder for me to shop! Such a horrible business. I will never go here again! Those girls needs to be retrained to help customers! And next time don’t...
