Whataburger — Restaurant in Houston

So I went to drive thru ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger with no mustard or onions, and the lady who took my order at the speaker rudely says it DONT COME WITH MUSTARD I politely said ok well no onions I pull up in lane B and of course NO CREDIT CARD FREAAAAK I forgot my credit card at home so I had to use Apple Pay if I wanted to get food and so one of the employees comes outside to get my payment and she tells me you have to go inside to pay we can’t do Apple Pay in the drive thru so I parked went in I repeated my order and I said the lady who took my order said this burger didn’t come with mustard when (I eat this burger often I thought my order would be made wrong) So I told the sweet black dark skin manager it DONT come with mustard right when she handed me my order in she said it does and I said well, I told her no mustard in she said it didn’t come with it anyways SHE WAS SO POLITE SHE REMADE NY FOOD I JUST FELT SHE WAS RUNNING THINGS RIGHT SHE WAS ON HER BEST BEHAVIOR STORE WAS LOOKING GOOD AND ALSO...

As we sat down and unwrapped our food packages ROACHE began crawling across our table. We immediately got up and the kids threw their food away as my husband went to the counter to let them know roaches were all over our table and we wanted our money back, to which the employees acted like it was not a big deal to have roaches running around the building and tables. I had not yet thrown away his uneaten food so I took it to the counter. I went to the truck with our kids to wait and he came out and handed me 5.85 that they refunded for his meal. I said were is the money for the rest of our food and he said that's all they would give him. I went back inside and it was an act of congress to get the manager to give a FULL refund for our food.
