I went in for the 1st time on the 30th and I was a bit nervous but Yana did an excellent job in explaining the process and after care thoroughly. I was so sure I would love the results especially after all the research I did on different businesses around the Houston area with similar services. Unfortunately, I'm totally disappointed with the results. I'm pretty religious when it comes to beauty care and after care treatment. I've done several services ie laser treatments to know the importance of after care instructions. I wanted to believe that I failed to do something right during the after care process but that's not the case. My lashes are not lifted but rather curly. Very curly. Applying mascara only makes it worse. Combing them does not help. My lashes look nothing like the photos posted in the reviews section and on the online website. I truly anticipated to be a returning customer and to love the service but I long for the procedure to wear off so that I can have normal lashes again. I rarely, if ever, leave a negative review but with all honesty, a service of this value truly left me...

She was very professional & straight to business, knowledgeable, & takes you through the steps. The service was gentle, efficient, & oddly satisfying. The space was clean, aesthetically pleasing, & the music was so relaxing. I fell asleep during the process and that is saying a lot because I can never relax for anything. I LOVE my Yumi lash lift by very talented Yana! My lashes have always been flat, no curl at all. I've been a slave to my eyelash curler and mascara UNTIL now. I feel so free with my Yumi lift.
