Customer service at this restaurant is definitely not the #1 priority. My family and I decided to eat at this chick fil a, since it was near to us at the time of dinner. We were really debating on going to this location since we have been told by relatives about not having good customer service but we wanted to give it a try. But after ordering I was already getting the feeling of regret. The time when we came in was about two hours before closing and the staff was already getting ready to close down for the night. Upon receiving our order I noticed that the waffle fries were almost raw and hard. Like if they needed to be more time on the fryer. I didn’t say anything at the time because it was just about 3 three fries that were like that so I just put it to the side. But as we were eating we noticed that one of our sandwiches didn’t come out the way we ordered it. It was supposed to be a Spicy chicken sandwich deluxe and I just received a plain spicy chicken sandwhich, so I went to ask for the cheese/tomato on the side, thinking it was no big deal for them, but I was really surprised that they actually wanted to charge me for the items. I’ve been too many chick fil a restaurants and they never try to charge me for anything like that sort, when it’s just a small quantity. I payed for it and moved on. By the time we finished eating we let our child run around the kids play area and were just having a normal conversation when all of a sudden the cleaning lady/member shouted out from the front of the store that they were closing in 30 minutes in Spanish. We walked out of there really surprised because it was just so weird to see a chick fil a, act like that with their customers. I’m writing this down for anyone who in the future decides to eat at this place to not be surprised if they feel like they didn’t put the customer first before anything and treat you differently than the other...
Read moreThis is gonna be a long one- For starters i LOVE cfa, i literally eat there every week sometimes twice a day & this is my usual CFA location. Today i went in the morning for breakfast, it was alright service wasn't the best but i enjoyed my food as always. keep in mind, most people love cfa bc of its SERVICE.
I came back later that evening bc i had rewards on my app, so i made a mobile order also i found a coupon for a free entree that i wanted to use. I get to the drive thru and i mention my coupon and then i mentioned my mobile order.....the lady at the drive thru told me "you should have mentioned that(mobile order) first"......i had to double check to make sure i didn't accidentally stopped at MCDONALDS bc that comment was unnecessary. I get to the window and hand her my coupon, mind you i've use a coupon very similar to this one many times at this location. The lady scans & tells me this doesn't at this location....i tell her thats strange bc i've use these coupons here several times. (i volunteered at a CFA at another location and i won some coupons which i've used at the 45 & wayside location.) so whatever, i ended up paying for my sandwich. But the moral of the story here is CFA also provides excellent service, if something isnt right they find a solution bc they want to please their customers. I've never had such mcdonalds attitude at any cfa until this time. Not sure if they hired new staff but look- CFA isn't just a regular fast food, it is a WONDERFUL place with staff who care so much about customer service, thats what makes cfa better than the rest...i mean like seriously they don't even say "my pleasure" at this location.
Maybe i'm overreacting but I literally eat CFA all the time and the service just wasn't there. Anyways, I love the manager he's super sweet and should get moved to a high ranked CFA...
Read more“Clara” is not a morning person at all.. I believe she is the assistant manager. Customer service was not helpful as one of her employees rung the order up incorrectly and she had no sympathy whatsoever. She didn’t even say my pleasure after she corrected the order and charged me $8 more after their mistake. This chick fil a must be reviewed.
Update: Ordered lunch for staff and they left out 3 fries after returning to property. Went back to restaurant and did not receive any apology or remorse. They asked if I would like fries replaced.. I asked for a contact from Becky Chin which is the operator and it’s going on two weeks without a call.
If you are going to this location I would ensure you review all food you receive to the “T” and monitor their customer service as I have not been getting the best service from this location over the past couple of months.
Update: I am not sure if the operator Becky chin is deceased, but I called corporate and they told me they put in a request for them to give me a call in regards to service at this facility and it’s been 3 weeks since I’ve called them. I have yet to come back to eat at this facility due to the lack of care and service. September 2023.
Update: this location still clearly does not care about their customers. The representative who took my order “Sergio” could care less if he took my order. My order came out wrong. This place went under renovation.. definitely not new management though. Please sit in their face and check your order!! This is ridiculous.
Update 3/1 - Shaneika had great customer service and was patient with my order.
