I asked the owner of this place to apply my discount after I had already paid for the clothes because at that time she was doing a live broadcast on her social networks where she announced that when paying you ask for your discount and I didn't know that, but rather I heard another customer say it, so that's when I went back to the cashier and asked them for my discount and they didn't want to apply it to me anymore, because once you pay they don't apply it. At least put an ad at the entrance that says "ask for a discount before "pay" who is going to guess or be watching live if we are buying the clothes, the employees were rude and pedantic with me when I came back to ask them for the discount, girls aside, the clothes there are above the prices, it is not a big deal in The mall or the premium outlets have better quality, the owner was there at the time and I sent her a message on her Instagram telling her what happened and instead of trying to help me she blocked me, she is rude, she just acts and pretends to be nice. but nothing to do with that woman Paulina she should be thankful to all the clients and be more humble happened...

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! IF YOU SHOP IN STORE PREPARE TO DEAL WITH ABSOLUTELY RUDE STAFF. Today’s experience was so much worse than the first. I got an email saying my order was ready for pick up. I had to call several times before some one finally answered. They verified I could pick up. I showed up and they tell me that my full order isn’t available. Only 1/2! Again! This is the second time this happens in the last 3 months.The worse part about it is I had my 3 year old daughter that needed to use the restroom and the girl in the front said she had to “call Paulina to ask her permission to let my child use their restroom” While she she to the back and called another rude woman came out and lied saying they DON’T have a restroom! I had to run to the disgusting corner store and my baby had an accident on herself! I came back asked for a refund and the girl said it could be available in 2 weeks! I WILL NOT...

I am in love with Paulina’s Fashion Boutique! All my going out outfits I purchase from there it is all very limited and amazing quality! She brings in new clothes every week! I love getting on her lives on Instagram she is always keeping us updated with whats new! Every time I go I literally can’t help myself and spend more than I should, but hey a woman can never have too many outfits! This is literally your go to place for outfits/dresses for all occasions! Great costumer service, they help you in every way possible to make your shopping a breeze, I recommend this boutique to all the woman I know! Will forever be my favorite...
