I bought an outfit at this store a few months ago by a brand called Day. I was warned that the fabric could shrink “up to 5 percent”. That was fine because both the blouse and the pants were plenty long enough. I washed the outfit for the first time yesterday (it may not be dry cleaned) in cold, with special gentle soap, and gentle cycle. Hung to dry. Oh my God. The sleeves went from being kind of too long to being 3/4 sleeves. I’m not exaggerating- they must’ve shrunk 6 inches! The pants shrunk a good 3-4 inches too. I’ve never in my life seen fabric do this! Absolutely beyond awful. So that’s $700 thrown away. I will avoid this store and stay away from this brand...
