The location is hard to find especially with all the construction going on now and Icouldn't see its name on the building board. It same building with CHAMA GAUCHA & DTH BEAUTY 2. The reason I give this 1* because of the front desk staff. She's freaking lazy and rude B. I was the only person there, not busy at all. She's not trying to understand my English although others understand just find. I asked if she still need my license in store because I registered online ( She's like huh? What?huh?). I took 2 lash serums which still wrapped and others not. So I asked her if she still have 2 mores like that available; she checked me out with 2 only. I looked at the amount I know not right. I had to ask her again...and she didn't stand up to look or help. Her butt got sticky glue on the chair...

I'm not sure why the front desk staff was so rude, but I walked in at a few minutes past their closing time (however, I didn't realize it when I opened their unlocked door) and was greeted by frown and searing "We're closed now." After stating I didn't realize this, I was enlightened with more rude comments about how this individual was trying to close out the credit card machine.

It's certainly not the way I greet people in my office when they come in and I have closed but forgot to lock the door. But, then again, maybe this was just an employee who doesn't care a lick about how other people see their business.

One thing is for certain, she made it very clear that I was not welcome. So, on that note I will not go back to this establishment...

TAMARA the front desk and so-call manager is obsoletely the most negative, pessimistic, defeatist, racist individual I've ever encountered! Not sure if she's ever had any formal customer services training. The most unattractive, scourge, mop up inside out person I've EVER come across in my career. I would definitely NOT recommend business to anyone specially this specific beauty supply store. when they don't acknowledge, respect, and appreciate your business! Please stay away from this store and go were your business is value! Poor thing I can tell she HATES her job by the look and expression on her face as if she was sitting in a board full of long sharp...
