Not a good experience at all. We waited over 20min to be greeted by our server. She asked us what we wanted to drink without even handing us menus. Then when I ordered an appetizer it took a crazy amount of time to come out and was cold (and let’s be honest I’m pretty sure the fries and cheese sticks are frozen, so it shouldn’t really take that long). Waiter only checked in with us maybe 3-4 times the whole time we were there. When we wanted to close out we had to go find our waiter because she never came back to check on us; only to find her flirting with a customer. Then she proceeded to add 15% tip to the tab when there was only 2 people which was confusing cause normally that only happens when it’s a large party (They also charge you for the disposable hose and charged $3 for a water bottle...that’s one expensive water bottle). She wasn’t wearing her mask properly; as a matter of fact nobody inside was wearing a mask or taking precautions from covid. The only thing I enjoyed is that they play good music and the hookah is pretty good. Would not recommend if you’re worried about social distancing (inside)/outside was pretty okay with...

It’s a nice spot good music however quality of their security cameras isn’t good my wallet was stolen and the manager only showed me 4 views of some of the cameras they have in that small club room and wasn’t able to see anything at all poor quality and was very zoomed in .. it only showed the Dj and said there was no cameras on the above part where the vip sections were .. so just careful with your belongings I realized my wallet was missing when my weitress took too long to offer me a new drink and by the time I reached for my wallet it was no longer there .. there was very few people in that room and waitresses and management said nothing was turned in to them .. aver we got transferred from one section to another because they said that section was reserved where we were at .. management and weitress with a 3rd person were up there ... right after we were moved from that section.. I asked management if they saw anything when they went up there he said no.. weitress...

Horrible… just bad experience.. I have to give one star in order to right this review. first time there and last time there. So if you don’t know or never been there. It’s $10 required valet parking cash only, after $50 the server will automatically add there own 15% tip to your bill, the bathroom door will hit you due to it being right by the sink,(like right by the sink), after 4 beers i was able to catch a buzz but my wife drinking 6 mix drinks was completely sober, the drinks were very weak. The DJ was 30 mins late and played nothing but Spanish, (and not even the dancing Spanish music). The manager didn’t want to do anything about any type of issues that came up and kept with the excuses. We had to get our server/waiter attention multiple times to come to us in ordered to be served, but couldn’t remove the tip. If you don’t speak Spanish, best of luck. Even the security guard didn’t understand when he wanted to know...
