I purchased the High Back Executive Office Chair in 2006 from Relax The Back and that was one of the best decisions that I ever made! That chair has given me amazing back and lumbar support over the years as I work in front of a computer all day and the investment was well worth the cost. I had an issue with the seat cushion which was covered under the limited lifetime warranty and Lifeform, the manufacturer, made me a new seat cushion and shipped it to my home for a small fee. Charles Piserelle at the Town and Country location provided me with exceptional customer service going above and beyond to install the new seat cushion on my chair at the store. The service that I received today from Charles after owning this chair for over 17 years blew me away! Finding a retail establishment in this environment that stands behind their merchandise is like finding a needle in a haystack, and I will definitely be a repeat customer as a direct result of this experience. I have to say that I have never experienced this quality of customer service that Dan Sconce has.extendid o me. I am almost 62 yrs old. I have had 4 major neck and back surgeries this year. Dan went way beyond his depths to help me find and end up with the perfect chair for my needs. Kinda hard for me to decide while going through these surgeries... I have the Dreamaker Chair and it is awesome but not quite enough firmness, but an awesome fit. I am exchanging it only because I need more firmness. Roland was a tremendous help as I was purchasing an ergonomic chair for my work station at home. He took over 1 hour with me at the shop and listened to my concerns and problems and then showed me multiple options for addressing my problems. He was easy to work with and not pushy in any way - just supportive and empathetic the whole time. He helped me purchase my custom chair and advised that getting a doctor's prescription for an ergonomic chair would remove the need to pay taxes on the chair. Once the chair was delivered to his shop, he offered to come set up the chair at my home for no cost so the chair would be exactly fitted to my home work station.
