Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Houston

This particular Baskin-Robbins location is absolutely dreadful. The older woman with the red hair, who I presume is the manager, couldn't process a gift card on the Baskin-Robbins application. Her and her employees continously kept stating that they need a paper or the drawers would be short? Basically stating that the in-app gift card directly from the Baskin-Robbins company application isn't money? As if they didn't hold my phone enough and press through the screen as of it would change anything, they still didn't understand that this was a gift card through the company's application.

Not only did I see the total drop by $2 (which is exactly what was on the gift card), they proceeded to say that was different and a different promotion? How exactly do you process an amount exactly for the amount of the gift card on my phone, that I never disclosed to you? I've never had this problem at any other BR location in Houston that processes the app gift-cards without any problems. Many of the employees constantly have to ask the red-haired woman for answers to every question you ask, which the answers are rarely answered in the first place. This isn't the first time I've had problems at this location, but this will definitely be the last since I will no longer come here. I would not recommend you waste your time standing in line at the location, to get less than halfway...

Everytime I drive to this Baskin Robbins location they seem to always be closed before the time they supposed to actually close. I usually go around 8pm and I'm less than 10 minutes away from this location and they closing time is suppose to be 9pm so why are yall always closed before 9pm. If that's the case change yall closing time to either 8pm or 8:30pm. And the employees that be in there just look at you outside the window instead of saying they're closed. Closing 30-40 minutes before the actual closing time is just ridiculous and lazy. I can understand if I made it there 5 to 10 minutes before closing but a full 30 to 40...

I arrived yesterday at 8:55pm, understanding that they closed at 9 per the internet, not realizing that they actually closed at 8. The 2 attendees that were there were very rude, very unprofessional and would not give me the store management information so that I could follow up with them for the misinformation. All it takes is some professionalism and courtesy even if the results are unfavorable. Their attitudes were horrible towards me and I will not be patronizing this location again. I also tried calling the number listed, and their is not response. I can only assume that the managment is the same, seeing that I cannot...
