Read the reviews and currently staying here, looking to release. Yes, we have had problems overall, but they were all handled. If I report something online to the leasing staff, I receive a call within 20-30 minutes after submitting the request. They had AC problems, and they handled them as soon as possible. The building may have suffered from water issues, but the leasing staff emailed and texted tenants to take care of their pipes, offering to do it for them as well. Whenever Iâm at the leasing office, I'm greeted and treated with respect. No matter where you are, there is bound to be criminal activity in the area. I am releasing this based on my personal experience. Everything is bound to have hiccups, and the Richdale team does its job and tries to accommodate us when it can.

3 years, three units, three moves, one great management team. I have been taken care of for 3 years straight with the utmost customer care process, including incredible attention to detail and prompt requests. This team doesnât disappoint. I was looking at another building by the same management company, but I decided to release another unit at Tuscany Walk instead. I couldnât leave the building. The location is prime, with access to all major roads, including Sam Houston, I-10, 610, and 59, north or south. Galleria is down the street, major shopping stores are right next to me, Kroger is walking distance, and on this walk, you donât even need to look over your shoulder! Itâs safe, itâs close, it's reliable. Noise is perfect, itâs a quiet building inside and out. Friendly dogs and neighbors! People are always there to help and support, from the staff to the tenants. It feels like you're part of a community where people genuinely care. They respect you as a person and respect your space; they go above and beyond to ensure your living standards are met. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a prime location. Itâs a mid-rise with high-rise feelings. Itâs a steal on location, considering the price itâs offered. I recommend checking out the map in the leasing office, as itâll help you make an informed decision. You can explore all the local spots and stores that cater to your needs.

Moving out of this Building. After 4 years, I hate to walk away from this place. The only reason I am moving away from Richdale's properties is that they don't have any properties in the Heights. I am looking to buy a house in that area and want to ensure it's a good fit for me. Each year, they rotate the leasing staff, and they continue to improve. They look out for you, take care of you, and ensure that everything in your apartment is up to date and functioning correctly. Sometimes it takes an entire management change for a property to jump from 2 stars to 4 stars. They enhanced their customer service and their facility. The power was on during the major storms, and there were no water issues at all. Being so close to all these fantastic stores, and the easy access to the city from the Voss location, it's just a well-centered location. If you are one of those renters who want to stay in a building for an extended period, this will be it.
This review is 3-4 years old, and I have edited it each time I have moved to a new unit. Thank you for making my experience at home feel safe and enjoyable.
P.S.: When you walk through the hallways, you don't see ring cameras; that's...

I have been a resident of Tuscany Walk (TW) for approximately two months now. Monica (manager), Kristal, and Eric are doing a fantastic job of ensuring that all resident requests are completed within a timely fashion. They also communicate effectively if there are any delays or issues around the community. There is also security whom does a phenomenal job -- as the security gates aren't fully operational just yet. The groundskeeping crew keeps the complex clean day in and out. The apartment structure and amenities are top tier (pool, fitness center, apartment layout...etc.) I assure you that you can't find better (I am very particular about where I choose to reside) anywhere without paying a substantial amount of more money (and even then the differences will be minimal!). It is very quiet here and all of my neighbors are friendly! Parking is abundantly available (not like so many other places with all the headaches and worries of having to find parking on your floor especially after business hours). The best thing about this place is that it's only going to improve as time progresses! I didn't leave this review per any request. This is the result of a job well done. I am proud to say that I am a resident of Tuscany Walk. Keep up the good work guys! 2023 REVIEW!!
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The management has changed drastically! They longer care for the resident and only seek to obtain financial gains! The location is okay however there are constant problems -- AND I DO MEAN CONSTANT! Either there is a break in, stolen car, stolen packages, robbery, and/or broken utility (SPECIFICALLY FRONT GATE (ONLY GATE) OR ELEVATOR). It takes far too long to get these issues resolved/repaired. The camera system is utterly useless. There is no security. If you live here you MUST be your own security. You also must now choose not to be friendly but treat everyone as if they are a possible suspect (regardless of age, race, nationality...etc.). The pets pee near the entry doors which give off a horrible smell. People litter continuously outside and don't even put their own trash down the trash chute (if they choose to manually walk it to the room on each level). And the price now is outrageous! You do not get what you pay for here. I wish I could get out of my lease sooner but I for sure will not be renewing with this group ever again!
NOVEMBER 2023
I must admit. Things are actually much better here than it was before. Sarah C. and Alex O. have shifted my thoughts toward this property as I truly believe they care!
It's amazing to be able to have a conversation with someone who can think and respond with urgency. Because of these individuals I decided to renew my lease. You guys are on...

If youâre thinking about renting here, do it only for the location. The building could be anywhereâwhat sets this place apart is just how toxic, adversarial, and power-hungry the corporate management and general manager are.
-Corporate & Management: A Masterclass in Contempt:
Disagree? Youâre Instantly the Enemy. Any attempt to question or disagree with the general manager is twisted into accusations and lease violation is cited that youâre âloud, obnoxious, or dangerous.â The irony? Itâs the general manager who acts childish and unprofessional, wielding their authority like a weapon and shutting down any real dialogue.
-Requests Are Treated Like Insults: Make any kind of requestâno matter how basicâand youâll be met with the clear message that youâre an inconvenience. Theyâll make you feel as if youâre demanding their firstborn, not asking for what youâre entitled to as a tenant. This isnât management; itâs a power trip.
-Raise a Concern? Accused of âDisrupting Business.â: Conflict resolution and attending to tenant phone calls is part of the damn job for a General Manager at the location, and yet, Corporate management will claim youâre âdisrupting business.â Apparently, actually doing their job is beneath them. This is the only property Iâve seen where management treats tenant communication as a personal attack.
-Baseless Threats & Intimidation: Prepare for unsubstantiated noise complaints and lease violation threats delivered with zero proof multiple times. Itâs intimidation, plain and simpleâan attempt to silence and control rather than resolve.
-Junk Fees & Hidden Charges Galore: Expect mandatory valet trash and âadminâ fees for services that are routinely missed, plus bogus âcleaningâ and "air duct cleaning" charges that should be the landlordâs responsibility. These are classic junk feesânothing but profit padding at your expense.
-Forced Outdated Bundles: One of the most outrageous "service" provided for this apartment is: Youâll be locked into overpriced, outdated cable/internet packages you canât refuse, with none of the perks advertised on the internet providers website. I would be okay with paying $95 per month for that, but the internet speed is quite garbage.
-Glitchy Portal, Demands for Praise: The resident portal barely works, but management still has the audacity to ask you for glowing 5 star reviews. Itâs all about image, never substance.
Elevators: All Hype, No Hustle. The elevators may look nice, but theyâre slow, noisy, and unreliableâjust like the management.
Bottom Line: Rent here only if you have no other choice and absolutely need this location. Otherwise, steer clear. The management culture is one of the worst in the countryâhostile, petty, and obsessed with control. This is not a place for anyone who expects to be treated with...
