I usually do not prefer to even WALK into a restaurant, but my son just had to have this particular ice cream...ugh!, but to my horror, when I walked in at this location, I immediately got nervous: a girl was setting ON TOP of the front counter where they had coffee...basically in the restaurant where they deal with edible things. Her BUTT was ALL ON the counter while she doodled with her GERM-INFESTED and FILTHY cell phone!!!!
She then jumped off of the counter to assist customers, who were behind me; she did not utilize the sink that she was setting very near; she didn't even bother to hand-sanitize her hands......EEEeeeeWWWWwwww!!!! YUCK! I'm done! I do NOT want doodoo particles nor phone germs within my ice cream, but thank you! It's not like they wear gloves...at least these people did not.

Read moreActually I`m regular customer. But I had bad experience with new indian employees. I used to have 2 balls in one waffle cone with toppings. That is my usual order last 2 years. What might be simpler? However she refused to prepare that, said that it is too much for one cone and ice-cream will melt and they have never done that, however I used to have such order always with 2 previous white ladies employees! So that I insisted and she combined gigantic portions of ice cream to one cone and charged me for 2 ice-creams which melted on my hand eventually))) Really dont understand this service, if you misheard and scooped up too much or whatever, what a problem to redo the ice-cream? Really disappointing. What might be easier than prepare ice-cream, even robot could do this....
Read moreI brought my family here couple times so far. First time it was little crowded and i was saying they are stressful and i did not give much attention to their worse customer service. However, it repeats for the second time and it is not acceptable. Tables were dirty and people here are not even smiling to customers. When it comes to pay i gave $15, and it was 11.11$ i checked and i had 11 cents. But the girl told me she already put the system, what is important to get 11 cents and give customer the rest of the money? Even i thought if she would do i would give the tips rest of it. Attitude matters. We will never be here! Sorry you lost customers! Keep doind worse customer service and you guys only stay...
