I have to say that the owner is really a good guy when a problem is brought to his attention. My first initial purchase wasn’t the best vechile which isn’t nobody fault it was a used car he did fix it 2 times even though he didn’t have to at all an gave me a loaner while the car was being fixed which I was appreciative of. We had a little trouble getting to where we are now but hey what’s life without a little trouble once my situation was brought to his attention he didn’t blink an eye to get me into a nice dependable vechile within a week he did everything he could to make my experience an opinion with the company 100% better! Most owners don’t step up a their just like oh well your loss but he stood by his word an by his company an made it right! Everyone works hard for their money and falls on tough times an it’s important that you feel that ethically you made a good purchase and your monthly payments are going to a nice sound realible used vechile. I’m appreciative that he made right on his word and got me into something dependable I would return to purchase just because he showed his integrity was more important to him then making a profit an that’s what we lack here in the world someone whose morally driven to do the right thing is deserving...

I’m really big on customer service and first impressions. From the time I called to get information about a specific car to the initial introduction, Josh was absolutely amazing. He had the car ready for me to check out and test drive by the time I got there. Afterwards, he gave me a run down of the process and what was going to be expected of me. Although I’m in the rebuilding process with my credit, they were able to find a good lender just for me. The rest of the staff they all help each other and I love that. It’s like a family. Manny, was able to help expedite the process by lending a helping hand to verify things and answered extra questions. After I got approved they waited and helped me find insurance! Really great experience. Shane was the last step and I loved how efficient he was in explaining all of my documents. You won’t be disappointed going to Houston Car Direct. They are really big on quality, they have quality cars! No junk. I love their branding as well, after you finish your documents they hand you your key with a branded key chain, your branded pen that you used to sign ya docs and they set you up on the branded gps app to help you track your car on the go. I found the listing for the car that we ended up buying from Houston Cars Direct, and the price was good. I test drove the car, and liked it. I said that I would like to buy it, and they started telling me about all of the up charges for services they did, that were NOT on the price. I ended up paying the original price, and chalked it up to sales guys trying to milk a little more money out of me. That was May 2nd. It is now July 25th, and I don't have license plates, title, etc. I have been calling since June, and I keep being told that the state is backed up. I have purchased two vehicles since then, and I have plates and titles for both of them. They finally sent me the copy of when they filed with the state, and it took them 24 days to file the paperwork. Now, they don't answer my calls, and keep telling me it is the state. In the meantime I have expired paper plates, and no title. Buyer beware! I have had to resort to calling from different numbers just to get them to answer. Still, no one there seems to know what is going on, and the customer service lady keeps telling me that the manager will call me, but...
