Vicky’s Island Hop — Local services in Houston

I just tried Vicky's Island Hop in Fondren, Missouri City, for the first time, and the food was AMAZING! € The oxtails were fall-off-the-bone tender, and the rice and peas were bursting with flavor. The mac and cheese? Creamy, cheesy, and absolutely perfect. And let's talk about the cheesecake—it was the ideal sweet ending to an already incredible meal. Everything hit the spot! On top of that, Vicky herself was amazing. She provided such great customer service, which made the experience even better. We used Island Hop catering for a charity event with approximately 200 people. Our event was more successful than we hoped and we had to increase the order twice. Chef Victoria was a pleasure to work with and her staff were professional and accommodating. She provided everything we requested including bartenders and all the mixers and ice (we provided our own alcohol).

The food was delicious and there were great options including Vegetarian and there was plenty of it. Serving sizes were generous and our guests were very happy!

I first had Vicky's Island Hop at The Houston Soul Food Festival in July and learned she was opening her own shop. I finally went yesterday and MAN, it was worth the wait! Her oxtails are so tender, the meat just falls off the bone....and her cut of oxtails don't have those tiny bones in them either!
