Read moreWe used Island Hop catering for a charity event with approximately 200 people. Our event was more successful than we hoped and we had to increase the order twice. Chef Victoria was a pleasure to work with and her staff were professional and accommodating. She provided everything we requested including bartenders and all the mixers and ice (we provided our own alcohol).
The food was delicious and there were great options including Vegetarian and there was plenty of it. Serving sizes were generous and our guests were very happy!

Her oxtails are so tender, the meat just falls off the bone....and her cut of oxtails don't have those tiny bones in them either!
