We made the mistake of going in person. There is no table seating for more than two people, so we went home to eat the meal. The bag broke during the ride, probably because it was too small for all the things that were squeezed into it. Certain food items were decent, the purple noodle bulgogi avocado bowl was good, as was the chicken nuggets with sweet sauce. We were less than impressed with the sweet potato potstickers. The shell tasted grainy and broke easily. The sesame scallion rice was undercooked, and I’ve heard of the same for the brown rice. All in all we’ll probably give it another try just because it’s gluten free korean food in Houston Update: we just tried the chia dessert and it was sour and tasted spoiled. We want to like this place but a lot of things aren’t working out. Maybe more supervision is needed

I went to Vegan N’Out. I got a Vegan N’Out Burger (which is a double) with Big June sauce, caramelized onions, pickles, vegan cheese and lettuce. I was literally confused as it felt and tasted like meat. The vegan cheese tasted like real cheese and the other topping were fresh or cooked perfect. First time eating there and will not be the last. They even gave me a free two cookies and those were very good as well. Zucchini fries we thick and breaded great and I got a side of Big June sauce to dip it in. That sauce taste like it goes well with fish as well. But this was the best vegan burger I have ever had and I have had a lot. 5/5 number 1 best vegan burger.

3rd time coming here could not get help from any employees. I received a notification on doordash that my order was completed 30 min ago and there is no one here to help me. This has happened several times. I’m calling out for help and not one employee in sight. This is Sunday morning may 21st 2023. Got here around 7:30 it’s now 8:14 and i have no idea where my order is.

Ordered Dickey's 80 years anniversary special on April 9th around 3:20pm from Dickeys.com and selected 3:45pm as pickup time, 5832 Fairdale Lane was the location. Waiting in the car until it was 3:45pm and order tracker showed it was being packed. Another 15 minutes past the order was still at packing stage so I went into the store to check on my order. . This is not a typical Dickey's store, it did not have a sign outside that says Dickey's, rather it has a sign that says Fair Food Co. It looked like the place was serving multiple restaurant chain's food since there were more than half a dozen restaurant's names listed on the check-in tablet. I am guessing this place doesn't make most of the food on spot but rather get the food from central kitchen of various restaurants. I waited another 5 to 10 minutes in store after checking-in but order status just stayed on Packing. Finally I went to the counter and asked the employee at the front, she said it should be ready soon so I sat down and waited another 5 minutes. Food never came out so I asked the girl again, she went back to the kitchen to check this time and came out to tell me that no one was in the kitchen and she doesn't know if kitchen staff will be back or not. I then asked her what can be done then, she said I'd have to contact Dickey's for refund since their store can't do anything about it or I can come back another time to pickup the food. Needless to say I paid my food online and never got my food and Dickey's don't even have a customer service line that I can call to get my money back. I don't know how a food service business doesn't even know its own kitchen is empty and has no customer service what so ever. Do not come, you are better off spending your hard earned money in just about any other...

I would give 0 stars if I could. I literally ordered 2 simple items. “Mushroom and avocado toast with whole-wheat bread” “pancakes”. To start with the toast, the bread wasn’t whole wheat, it was regular white sandwich bread sooo salty full of butter (which I didn’t wanted) and slices of avocado that weren’t even put correctly on the bread with a drip of olive oil on top, and NO MUSHROOMS when I specifically choose that option because I wanted the mushrooms! They didn’t even put that! And the pancakes came in, I have no complain from the pancakes but they literally put old frozen fruit on top of my pancakes instead of regular fruit! I would’ve never ordered pancakes on the first place if I would’ve known they were going to give me some baggy frozen fruit that taste like the fridge! This is completely unacceptable, I can’t believe how bad this was! And I tried to contact the store but seems like there’s not even phone number to call which sucks! I love ordering from Uber eats, but this place was such a...

Tldr: Awesome idea, great food, quick wait times, bring your own drinks.

A very interesting place, I like it. The food was great although we had originally went there for a different restaurant but they were closed or not there anymore, which was a bummer. And google failed to mention that info.

The waiting room kinda sucked tho tbh, the chairs were uncomfortable.

Also, I'm unsure if I missed it or what but there are no drinks on the menu? Thats cool and I'm sure it's for a specific reason but the added vending machine that (I think) only takes cash, didn't help.

Also also, I had bad service inside and I couldn't pull up my order on my phone but I remembered my order number, #13, so I manually put in my number and the food door just opened. Idk if someone could just walk and start guessing numbers and get free food, but that was somewhat concerning.

Other than all that, I really enjoyed my experience, the food was great, the wait time was phenomenal, and the experience excellent, just bring...
