I have never once posted a review but I just had to with this one. I went on a Sunday evening excited to have some girl time and enjoy buying some underwear for myself. As soon as I come in. The lady in the section of 5/32 just started hovering over me. Went to wherever I went in that section. I was trying to look at the design of the underwear and was being polite in not disorganizing anything but still she just started fixing whatever I touched which I thought was so uncomfortable. I need my privacy when shopping for underwear! Then she proceeded in asking ādo you need help finding your sizeā which I said āno, thank youā. She only asked because she didnāt want me to mess with anything which I understand but thatās just part of there daily work. So I keep looking not even wanting touch anything and trying to decide on some items and she is still following me wherever I go and is standing right next to me and letās out a big āsighā. At this point I was already upset but decided to ignore her. Then when I thought things could not get much worse she tells me while Iām looking for some items āthose are all medium sizeā. Thatās when I had enough! I told her to leave me alone and that she did not know what size I wear which I thought was extremely rude! She went to tell her manager and the manager did not handle anything at all! Was exactly the same way. She just asked me āif everything was okayā but her emotions were so biased. She was just next to me all the time. I just decided to leave the things I had and left. Horrible experience. They need to teach employees better customer service and for managers to be competent in the very least. Wish I could give...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBeware of the MOST terrible customer service ever. Everytime I go there the employees are in some corner gossiping about customers and refuse to even offer help or even a bag. Maybe if you shop in the "non sale section" they may offer assistance. I try stuff on and no one is there to greet or ask me how it's going. When I come out, ladies are in the corner gossiping, and I feel like I'm intruding on their conversation. I'm not lying about the gossiping. Man ask a group a ladies a questions, and they snap at him. He leaves and they trash talk customers and I'm 2 feet away on the other side of g=circular table looking at sale panties.
As for doing returns, they give me attitude 90% of the time. As for doing price adjustments, they either claim they don't know how or give me attitude. Stuff will be on sale, and the sign will say something, and they will say "yes it's on sale, but we can't change the price in the computer" LIARS. They can change the price but this store will not. Many times I drive to another VS to then price adjust what these rude employees tell me they won't. If all sale panties are 3.99, it's extremely rude to charge me 9.99 and then say well "it's still a good deal" when the deal on the sign says ALL 3.99.
Other victoria secret stores will not argue or berate you when you explain to them the error. In fact, they will listen and then correct the mistake. I've had sale items ring up full price, and get price adjusted to the sale item. This store will not do that.
I do not like this store, but it's a perfect place I'm happy to do ALL of my returns to simply because I don't like them. This is the worst VS store I have...
Ā Ā Ā Read morethe older short lady with blonde hair follows you around at not even bibles length. sheās also very rude and unfriendly/unprofessional. my friend was looking in the panties and the older lady knelt down next to her and asked loudly with an attitude what size she was. after my friend told her she didnāt want help, the lady proceeded to follow me and my friend around within 2 feet of us and was huffing and sighing anytime we touched anything. i understand itās the end of the night and you want everything to be clean so you can go home as i work in retail myself, but it was more than an hour before they closed and we always try to fold things back how they were. it feels like sheās trying to guilt trip you for shopping there. she also had a major attitude towards the other employees there, telling them how the panty bar was āA MESSā. again, i completely understand being frustrated and wanting to leave at the end of the night. but thereās no reason to be rude to customers and your employees who are probably just as tired as you and also want to go home as fast as possible. she either needs to be retrained or work a position that doesnāt involve customer service. this isnāt the first time me or my friend have had or seen her terrible customer service skills. a bad day is one thing, but being consistently rude and fatphobic is another. at the end of the day, itās a lingerie store and you should make customers, no matter the size, feel welcome and comfortable.
