VL 17 Insurance Agency LLC — Local services in Houston

Not a honest company DO NOT USE!!! I called Vl17 insurance for a Quote. I informed them not to use Progressive insurance company because I was canceled by them and could not use them. I was told how much the policy was and paid the payment to start policy with them. Later we called in to receive a C.O.I and the C.O.I came back as Progressive insurance!!! So I called immediately to correct the problem with them. I asked them to Refund my money or find me another company and use the money I have already paid.But Now They are acting like they don't know anything and won't REFUND OR CORRECT the mistake they made. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This is my reply to your reply talking about Emails you sent! Yes you sent Emails that I never answered because all of the communication between us was through Phone and text. I told Your Agent on the phone no Progressive Insurance Second we have text messages Showing me asking and you and you replying stating a different Insurance company Name that I will be signing up with that was not Progressive. Like I said Your not a honest company because in your reply you talked about Emails knowing we communicate through cell phone or text DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! FRAUD DONT...

After providing all standard info required to get a quote and bind, per their email solicitation, they repeatedly requested my info as it appears on my Social Security card; my articles of corporation, etc...and when I called, no one couldn't provide any reason why they needed this info--or the TX Dept of Insurance Licensing number--or the name of the broker they are working under--I spoke to 3 different people, went on the telephone merry-go-round and still was not provided with the requested license or bonding info, broker name, etc. This is highly suspect and was compounded by the fact that the email syntax is bad and the fact that English was a secondary language spoken by those who spoke to me,. ...
