AS A PROFESSIONAL This is my first review in one star (I don't see less then one !)..

So why ..

Yesterday I was with my family prices for the ice cream we SEE the list and we ASK the lady who works there and we choose the same item and the lady started to serve ..

Now the surprise is they double the price of item and she said you have to pay!

What sham it is ! You pay for the ice cream and for the service!!! What the service IS ? No one knows ..

You know with the discussion and time the ice cream was melted and the lady was very excited to get the payment from us..

SO THEY DON'T CARE FOR THE CUST MER AND ONLY YOU HAVE TO PAY DOUBLE PRICE WHAT...

Bought for husband for Father's Day. Order looks like a 10 yr decorated it. Picture added for what I ordered vs. what I received. Gaps in icing and couldn't be bothered to use piping tip. Ordered delivery online from website and it automatically chose this store. Received delivery 30 mins late. Called the store to talk to manager and there isn't one till Monday. Gentleman was nice and understanding and agreed to refund which I have to check back for. He mentioned he was not surprised as he had many new hires. I feel for him but zero quality checks.

Update - after calling multiple times for my refund, I never got it. Literally...

Pretty annoyed I wasnt told that I will be charged extra for the toppings. I asked to have the best value scoop and was charged a pint to go because I had too many toppings. Why promote unlimited toppings if im going to be charged 6 dollars extra. Not only that but they were very rude to me and my best friend who wanted an ice cream of his own but they told him to move to go to the next customer which even though he said he was but they still ignored him.
