Southwest Farmers Market — Restaurant in Houston

The place is clean and staff are respectful but i have one major problem with this place. They seam not to care about health and safety at all. You have a big sign at your entrance for all customers to wear face mask before entry and everytime i come there its hard to count a good number of your staffs wearing mask properly or even wearing any mask at all, meanwhile i always see all your customers wearing mask and its shameful that compliance are in the opposite. I know the supervisor there; a very respectful guy but i tell you all your employees will stop people like me that care about safety from coming there. For example today i could count only the ladies checking out wearing a face coverings. This is so appalling; your kitchen staffs are the worst offenders, they never were mask anytime. This is so unacceptable for such a big business like this. I shop around Houston and i have never seen any store breaking safety rules like this. This pandemic have killed thousands. I have complained uncountable number of times to the supervisor or anyone i could talk to but it gets worse every time i come back. I hope the management is reading this reviews. This is the worst African Store on Earth. 1: I bough a box of yam from this place 86 percent of the Yam is not edible. 2:Went there on another day to purchase fresh fish. I bought three Croaker fish in which I requested to have each cut into four pieces while I went to buy other items. Upon returning my fish is ready. I paid for the goods and left. When I got home to start cooking I realized that the fish is now eight instead of twelve pieces and also there's a tail missing. I checked my receipt also and realized my payment was inflated. 3: This past week I went there to but cooked food as I was going to Dallas for Training for a week. I bought food for one week. Upon getting to Dallas I realize that all the food sold to me on that faithful day were spoilt, inedible, and Smelling. Please never patronize this people. Don't ever by their cooked food. Number one is the hygiene of the kitchen is horrible and again I bought designer stew there and it was total rubbish. I don't think they even boiled the meat. I called the manager Iyke. Told him what happened and even sent him a video of the food. He begged me and said I should return it. Next day I brought it back and it was replaced. Guess what, it's as bad as what I came to exchange. Gosh! This manager Iyke confirmed that the food was not up to standard because after my complain, he said he tried it and the meat was as hard as a rock plus they only had this veiny kind of meat in it. It's supposed to be assortment of protein in it. You don't serve this kind of trash to customers. I think FDA and other authorities should come check all your stores out.
