I highly recommend Sleepy Hollow Sleep Shop in Niles, Ohio. Friendly, professional, courteous, caring and polite describes both the salesmen and the delivery men. Jason was my salesman. Jason took the time to help me decide on what was my best purchase. Also, Dan (the other salesman) helped me a few days later. Both Jason and Dan are outstanding, professional and friendly. The salesmen take the time to personally help the customer decide what is the best affordable mattress and bed. They truly care about the customer. The deliverymen, Jim and Scott, are professional, friendly and very hard working. Jim and Scott were also very careful and neat inside of my home. Jim and Scott exceeded all of expectations of having delivery people inside my home. They are wonderful. They removed the old mattress, installed power bases, tightened the bed frame which I was unaware that it needed fixing, moved a box spring in my basement and were very careful about it all. It was a wonderful experience buying from Sleepy Hollow in Niles, Ohio. The customer is treated with the highest regard and care. Thank you Jason, Dan, Jim and Scott. You are all outstanding workmen. We’ve been a customer of sleepy Hollow for many years we have purchased not only for our home but for our Elderly parents also. We have been very fortunate to have the best sales person every time that always takes their time yesterday his name was Dan ~ he went above his call of his job to make sure that we have the perfect mattress for our needs he was very personable and very caring and especially in this time of uncertainty with Covid -19 shopping for a bed isn’t something we wanted to do but it definitely was necessary. He reassured us of the precautions of our shopping safety concerns. He didn’t rush us he told us to take our time in fact take all the time we needed it’s not easy laying on a bed for five seconds and saying yeah this is the one ! All the individuals with whom we did business, including Brian and Phil, were great. My husband and I traveled to 3 other mattress stores and we returned to this Sleepy Hollow to purchase our mattress. The individuals were not pushy at all and the purchase was so easy. Then came our delivery day...Friday May 19, 2023! I received a call from James and he and his partner arrived within 10 minutes! They removed the old mattress and placed the new one in less than 8 minutes! I was soooo happy! My husband and I have had many nights of great sleep with our new purchase.
