
I did a pickup order, one of the drinks tasted horrible, it was just a regular iced cafe mocha, zero customization. I informed the gal and was told, one minute. I then proceeded to be ignored for about 7 minutes. Another customer came up and said their drink was not what they ordered and the gal grabbed her order sticker and remade her drink on the spot, so I was like okay, so I’ve been here waiting but this is going to happen? Then some random lady walks up to me and asks if I have a problem, and claims to be a shift manager but has nothing identifiable as a manager or even an employee on. Tells me that I don’t need to be rude. Sorry Starbucks, that I’d like the basic drink I paid for to be correct and not to be ignored by your employees when it isn’t. The cashier took my order and then proceeded to hang out the drive thru window taking photos of the dog in the car in front of me. When I finally got up to the window and gave her my card to pay she hands me a small sized strawberry acai refresher and tells me that they are out of the sandwich I ordered. So I chose a different one and tell her that I had ordered a large size refresher. So she takes it back and hands me a pink beverage without strawberries or ice in it. I asked about the strawberries and she has someone dump a handful of berries on top of it and hands it back to me. I gave it back to her and requested that I be refunded and to cancel my order. Read moreI came in this morning and ordered a strawberry berry acai with lemonade and matcha and from what I understand is that they're are now blending the drink instead of shaking it in the shaker. I go in again and request the same drink request of not blending it but shake it please and they lied to my face and tried to convince me of what they did. People have to understand you never know who is ordering. I was on the creation team that created this drink I have been ordering this drink for 25 years and I know the difference.
