This doesn't really have anything to do with the Hudson store. In October I was looking for different internet for my home and I signed up for a 14-day trial. Through T-Mobile. I never received the equipment. When I called and asked about it they said that it had been returned because no one was able to sign for it. In any rate they told me that the account was canceled before the 14 days and not to worry about it. Fast forward to January 2nd where I get a bill from them for $121 threatening to go to collections. I have never received any sort of a bill from them before this. So I called customer service spent 45 minutes on the phone with somebody who never was able to help me and told me that I needed to go to the store. They kept telling me that I didn't have an account and I was like you're right I don't because I never received any equipment to start the service. So I bundled up since it's 3° outside and drove to the store where I waited for probably about 40 minutes before I was helped. Some girl was able to figure out that the account was canceled. And I was like yep it should have been canceled. after she talked to the people on the phone for a while they came up with a deal that I still had to pay them $54 but they were taking off the late fee. So I literally had to pay for a service that I never started. It's not even that big of a deal from a monetary standpoint it's just more the principal and the horrible customer service. Additionally the woman I was talking to on the phone sounded like there were 700 people behind her having a party so she could never hear what I was saying. People were clapping and laughing. She told me it was because they had high call volume right then and I'm like oh that's why people are clapping it sounded like they're having a party. I'm certainly glad I did not switch to T-Mobile if this is any indication of what their customer service is...
Read moreWe didn’t have the most ideal experience 10 months ago. But we thought we’d give them another try. And all we can say was how blown away we were by the lady helping us last night! I can’t remember her name but she was there around 6 last night. She was helping one family then came over to us after us waiting a little bit still helping the other family and started multi tasking and helping us and them. I guess she was completely revamping their account while getting two phones, while helping us pay off a few things on our bill and adding a line! Plus while she was doing that she was so amazing with my special needs son! She let him go behind underneath the back counter to try to help get him through the last little bit of being there while having his tablet plugged in to keep him entertained! She even gave him a piece of paper and pen and let him stand by the counter to draw! And while she was finishing us while possibly looking into a upgrade for my phone she was greeting people and she had us and the other family out the door within 5 minutes of each other while the other guy that was there before us was still there after we left working on his stuff. Not once did she get flustered with trying to do 2 families and everything else plus dealing with a crazy 4 year running around and still being very courteous, having a smile on her face, and keeping an upbeat personality! I know if that was me doing everything she was doing with having so many more coming in I’d get flustered and get overwhelmed and if she was overwhelmed you’d never know it! I had gone in to get my contacts synced and while doing so got ridiculed for not purchasing my phone through their location. The woman helping us was being completely unprofessional and tricked me into getting the account holders phone number to try and make a sale. I was unaware of what was happening until she turned to her appeared manager and held the paper up to her face and smiled, the manager yelled back “better make that sale.” The manager was even more unprofessional (I had been in the same morning to check out the deals offered at the store and decided to look elsewhere), when I came back to activate my new phone he said, “don’t forget we were the ones to set it up.” The workers were dissing other Sprint location stores and the manager and his work buddies were smoking their vapes in front of the store doors blowing huge clouds (what a warm welcome to perspective customers) If you are thinking about visiting this location, don’t.
