Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Hudson

Visited this caribou this morning for the first time. I grew up coming to caribou and worked at multiple caribous throughout high school and college. I’ve never been treated so poorly by employees. The employee said, “well, we’re busy right now so that’s too large of an order” when I said I don’t mind waiting she said “well you need to wait a long time.” Then, she proceeded to tell other employees not to fill our coffees until other customers were served. If I could give .0001 of a star I would. I usually go to joe to go for my coffee but unfortunately they're closed for a few days. I don't even know where to begin with expressing my disappointment. I ordered an iced latte but when I got it, it was just warm with 4 ice cubes in it. The coffee is so stale you can almost see the separation of consistency between the coffee and the water. By far the best coffee on the planet. I have been stuck down in Ft Campbell for 3 years now. However, when I get a chance to go to Minnesota. I head straight to Caribou and over dose on their coffee, because the next time I get another chance to partake in this wonderful nectar of the Gods will be 5 months. You need to be everywhere.
