Green Mill Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Hudson

We were not empressed with our service. Our waiter was not good with the service. We sat down ordered our drinks after sitting there for 20 minutes. After a short while he brought our drinks weordered our appetizers and food. 30 minutes later we received our food . We had our appetizers brought with our meal. After about 10 min we had to find our server and ask for our bread that comes with ourmealand sauce for our wings and refills on our drinks . The was only a total of 12 people in the restaurant including us. The manager brought out our bread and I told her that the service was bad she said she was sorry and would get our drinks and sauce. I told her that we had to find someone to get our silverware because our waiter didn't even provide it for us. She brought our drinks ect out and said she spoke to our waiter and he would check on us soon. Never seen him until we asked another person to have him bring our check and again we waited for him to take payment but he didn't stop at our table. Had to go to the bar and the guy there took our check and payment to our waiter. Our waiter came out and slid it across the bar and walked away. We signed the recite and left. Not a thank you or anything. Wow! Never again will I ever...

Here is the deal. We walked in and the greeter was a little slow because she did not know that they were affiliated with the GM in Minnesota! So that was strike one. The same greeter then said they had no booths- I saw three booths open and told the buy that seated us that we wanted a booth so he went back to double check and we were again told NO. Never tell a guest NO!!! That was strike 2. Then the dude that seated us, had no idea that the gift card I had could be used because it was issued from "not this GM". That was a foul tip because he was young and probably couldn't spell "Gift Card" much less know anything about them. After all that I had a low expectation of service. But then GM went from a C game to an A game with Cinnamon and Lacy- the manager. Cinnamon, was super friendly and kind-hearted- she invited us over for Xmas dinner. Lacy came over to check on us and we voiced our issues with the r-tard greeter and she apologized and then bought us a delicious dessert. Beer was good and cold; had the Il-Primo pizza with the Old World crust which was fantastic. Good Job Lacy and Cinnamon!!! YOU...

Went this past Saturday....late afternoon. The place was pretty busy, likely Minnesotans coming over...we had to wait 40 minutes for a table. Ordered the boneless chicken wing sampler and did not get chicken wings. Instead we got chicken tenderloins which if anyone knows are huge and mushy. Not exactly "chicken wingish" I would not have ordered them if I had known. They did not appear to be cooked through...just disgusting. Also ordered a bloody....had a very odd flavor. Switched to blue moon....good and cold. Service was good which is why I gave them 2 stars. If you are concerned about this people were being seated that were not wearing masks...in the busy lobby or when they walked through the restaurant. Bar was packed (no social distancing)...so the bartender had the pleasure of 20 plus people breathing on him all night. By the time we left, people were spilling out...
